Average Salary of the Employees

A
descriptive statistics analysis was performed to determine the average salary (in PHP) of all
employees. The results showed that the 200 employees had an overall mean salary of ₱68,694.09.
2. Frequency Distribution Based on Employment Status
A frequency distribution analysis was carried out to compare the number of employees across
various employment statuses. The findings indicated that the largest group was Probationary
employees (n = 81, 40.5%), followed by Contractual employees (n = 64, 32.0%), and Regular
employees (n = 55, 27.5%).

3. Is there a significant Difference between the Salary in terms of Employment Status?

one-way ANOVA was performed to compare the salaries (in PHP) of employees across the
Contractual, Probationary, and Regular employment groups, as well as the overall workforce.
The results indicated no significant difference in salary among Contractual (M = 62,679.66, SD
= 28,905.50), Probationary (M = 72,785.09, SD = 28,991.52), and Regular employees (M =
69,667.76, SD = 31,148.73), with the analysis yielding F(2,197)=2.129F(2,197)=2.129,
