UPSC Daily Schedule (With Coaching 3–

10 PM & 4 AM Wake-up)
This is a personalized daily schedule for UPSC preparation. It assumes coaching classes
from 3 PM to 10 PM, a wake-up time of 4 AM, and includes time for gym, car cleaning, and
bathing. Total self-study time is approximately 7–8 hours/day.

4:15 – 6:15 AM Core GS Subject (2 hrs)
6:15 – 6:45 AM Newspaper Reading (The Hindu)
6:45 – 8:45 AM Gym + Car Cleaning + Bath
8:45 – 9:15 AM Breakfast + Short Rest
9:15 – 11:00 AM Optional Subject (1.75 hrs)
11:00 – 12:30 PM Second GS Subject / Revision (1.5 hrs)
12:30 – 1:00 PM Answer Writing / Essay Practice
1:00 – 2:00 PM Lunch + Power Nap / Light Reading
2:00 – 2:45 PM Current Affairs Notes / Monthly CA PDFs
3:00 – 10:00 PM Coaching Classes
10:00 – 10:30 PM Dinner + Relaxation
10:30 – 11:00 PM Revise coaching notes (light)
11:00 PM Sleep
