Week 1

Tasks Executed

 Joined as an HR Intern and received orientation on company structure, workflow, and HR


processes.

 Learned the basics of HR work, including recruitment and documentation.

 Studied professional HR documentation: Job Descriptions (JDs), Offer Letters, and


Appointment Letters.

 Assisted in drafting and formatting official HR documents.

 Participated in mock interview sessions for practical exposure.

 Engaged in HR discussions to understand the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-
world application.

Key Learnings

 Understood organizational hierarchy and HR process flow.

 Strengthened knowledge of HR documentation standards.

 Gained initial confidence in interview handling and professional communication.

Week 2

Tasks Executed

 Prepared Offer Letters and JDs for:

o SEO Executive

o Marketing Manager

o Intern roles (Digital Marketing and Field Marketing)

 Collaborated with Amaan (Digital Marketing Intern) and Suraj (Field Marketing Intern) by:

o Assigning weekly tasks and providing guidance.

o Drafting JDs and preparing weekly performance reports.

o Supervising reporting process and ensuring accountability.


 Attended HR training sessions on communication skills, recruitment fundamentals, and
networking.

Key Learnings

 Refined structured documentation and professional writing skills.

 Understood the importance of clarity and professionalism in HR communication.

 Developed leadership skills through supervision of interns.

 Strengthened competencies in task delegation, interview evaluation, and performance


monitoring.

Week 3

Tasks Executed

 Onboarded Priyanshi (Marketing Intern) in team.

 Prepared her Offer Letter and Task Sheet to initiate her internship activities.

 Assigned tasks, tracked progress, and prepared reports for Amaan, Suraj and Priyanshi.

 Compiled my own progress report alongside consolidated records for intern.

 Participated in the Interns in Action Gathering focused on growth, reflection, practical


exposure and real-world practice.

 Took part in three structured mock exercises:

o Professional Interview Round (HR interviewer role) - gaining hands-on experience in


conducting interviews.
o Cross-Departmental Collaboration between HR and Finance - gaining hands-on
experience in resolve challenges through effective teamwork and coordination.
o A future deal-making exercise as HR with other companies - understanding the
importance of negotiation, strategy, and relationship building.

 Prepared her Offer Letter and Task Sheet to initiate their internship activities.
 Monitored task execution, and prepared performance reports for Amaan, Suraj, Priyanshi,
Sakshi and Shreya.

 Continued compiling consolidated weekly reports for the HR department.

Key Learnings

 Enhanced supervisory and multitasking abilities by managing three interns simultaneously.

 Improved performance tracking and evaluation methods.

 Strengthened consistency in documentation and HR reporting.

Week 5

Tasks Executed

 Learned about HRMS (Human Resource Management System) – employee data,


attendance, payroll, reporting.

 Applied HRMS for recording intern details, attendance & reporting.

 Integrated HRMS usage with ongoing HR documentation & supervision.

 Continued supervising interns and ensuring workflow.

Key Learnings

 Gained practical understanding of HRMS in automating HR tasks.

 Learned to manage employee data digitally for accuracy & efficiency.

 Strengthened ability to balance technology-driven HR with manual practices.

Week 6

Tasks Executed

 Researched 20 AI tools for organizational productivity & HR functions.

 Documented each tool with features, benefits & workplace applications.

 Identified AI tools for recruitment, communication, project management, analytics &


learning.

 Compiled findings into a structured report for the organization.

Key Learnings

 Understood the impact of AI on HR & workplace efficiency.
