ABSTRACT
Engrave Go: The Next-Gen Portable CNC Laser Engraving Machine is designed to
provide a compact, affordable, and efficient solution for precision engraving
applications. The system is developed using an Arduino UNO integrated with a CNC
Shield and controlled by GRBL firmware to interpret G-code commands. Stepper
motors driven by motor drivers enable accurate movement along the X and Y axes,
while a diode laser module performs detailed engraving on materials such as wood,
acrylic, leather, and paper. Laser GRBL software is used for image processing and
machine control. The portable design, ease of operation, and low cost make Engrave
Go suitable for educational use, hobbyists, and small-scale industrial applications.
