opened each and every canvass of prices of all the above mentioned dealers and retailers

amount of ______________ was found to be the lowest during the time of canvass and was
found to be the most advantageous to the government. After a careful consideration of the
prices obtained at present in the municipality and suburbs, we finally give the AWARD to the
above stated bidder being the lowest and that the delivery of the materials needed is
subject to the considerations stated in the Notice of Quotations.
It is understood that the said materials are to be delivered in the project site within
five (5) working days upon received of the AWARD.

to be the lowest during the time of canvass and was found to be the most advantageous to
the government. After a careful consideration of the prices obtained at present in the
municipality and suburbs, we finally give the AWARD to the above stated bidder being the
lowest and that the delivery of the materials needed is subject to the considerations stated
in the Notice of Quotations.
