Binary code is a system that uses only two symbols — 0 and 1 — to represent all information. It’s
the basic language of computers. Each letter, number, or symbol is encoded as a unique pattern of
eight bits (1 byte). For example, the letter A = 01000001, and the number 1 = 00110001.
