body healthy. When I drink enough water, I feel less tired and less stressed. I
think this is a simple habit but very important for everyone. I plan to keep this
habit in the future.

Last year, I tried to improve my lifestyle because I often felt tired. I decided to
change my daily schedule and wake up earlier. I started exercising lightly in the
morning, such as stretching and jogging. I also reduced the time I spent using
my phone at night. At first, it was quite difficult for me. However, after a few
weeks, I felt healthier and more positive. My concentration in class also
improved. This experience taught me the importance of a balanced lifestyle.
Question 3. Talk about a difference between you and your parents
One difference between my parents and me is the way we think and live. My
parents prefer a traditional lifestyle and enjoy spending time at home. They
don’t use technology very often and prefer face-to-face conversations. In
contrast, I enjoy using the internet and social media to communicate with
friends. I like learning new things online and using modern devices. Sometimes
we disagree, but we respect each other’s opinions. This difference helps me
learn from my parents’ experience. At the same time, they also try to understand
my generation.
Question 4. Describe a meaningful conversation you had with an older family
member
A meaningful conversation I had was with my grandmother. One evening, she
told me stories about her life in the past. She talked about the difficulties she
faced when she was young. Listening to her made me realize how lucky I am

and grateful after that conversation. It helped me understand my family more
deeply.

One social issue I care about is environmental pollution. Pollution is becoming
more serious in many cities. Air pollution affects people’s health and causes
breathing problems. Water pollution also harms animals and plants. I feel
worried when I see rivers full of garbage. I think people should reduce plastic
use and recycle more. The government and schools should educate young people
about this issue. If everyone takes action, the environment will become cleaner.
Question 6. Describe a volunteer activity you have joined or want to join
I want to join a volunteer activity related to environmental protection. For
example, I would like to take part in cleaning streets or public parks. This
activity can help make the environment cleaner and greener. It also helps people
become more aware of environmental problems. Through volunteering, I can
meet new friends and learn teamwork skills. I believe volunteering makes young
people more responsible. It is also a good way to contribute to society. In the
future, I hope I can join more volunteer activities.
Question 7. Talk about one effect of global warming on the environment
One serious effect of global warming is rising temperatures. The weather is
becoming hotter and more unpredictable. This causes droughts in some areas
and floods in others. Farmers face many difficulties because crops are damaged.
Global warming also causes ice to melt at the poles. As a result, sea levels rise
and coastal areas may be flooded. Many animals lose their natural habitats. This
problem needs global cooperation to solve.

students develop good habits. I think schools play an important role in
environmental protection.
