My name is Minh Thu. I’m senior majoring English studies at HUFLIT. I


am a tutor for high school students. Before that, I had more than a year of
experience working as a teaching assistant at VUS English center.

I heard about the English teacher recruitment through a friend of a friend,
and since I'm a big fan of your work and have been following you for a

I quite liked my previous job, but it was quite leisurely, so I decided to
pursue a position where I could develop and improve myself more.

Can you explain why you changed career paths?
Because I feel like I don't have enough experience, I want to gain more

I would prefer to keep this information private because I feel that is
respectful of my current employer. I want to continue to have a positive
relationship with them, even as I move onto a new role.

What I like least is that sometimes some of my students are quite noisy in
class and do not pay attention when I teach.

I look for opportunities to develop , skills that I have not yet perfected, and
creativity that has not been exploited in myself.

I do not have a specific choice for preferred work environment because I am
quite flexible. I am adaptable and like to work in an environment that can
help me develop to my full potentials

I can work in a team or independently. It depends on the demands of each
project. Naturally, I love making friends and meeting people.

I belive a good manager is motivational and encouraging. This helps
employees have a comfortable working environment so they can devote
themselves to the company.

I think my colleagues would describe me as a meticulous and kind person. I
always work to manage my time effectively so that I can help others with
last-minute projects and spend extra time reviewing my work

midst of a challenging situation, reminding myself of my goals helps me

I’m a huge foodie. My friends and I love trying new restaurants as soon as
they open. I love exploring new food and that is a great activity to share
with friends.

As soon as I get to work, I record the assignments I need to complete and
list them in order of highest to lowest priority based on the due dates. This
helps me manage my workflow and keeps me on track with what I need to
get done for that day.

There are times when priorities change throughout the day and I have to
reassess my goals. It's all about having a positive attitude and a willingness
to adapt to unexpected changes.

I have a passion for teaching. I will feel very excited and happy when I can
impart knowledge to others.

My parents and family are my biggest motivation. They gave me useful
advice and supported me when I was in difficulty. So, they are driving
forces that motivate me to develop more every day.

I want to have management that is both strict and friendly so I can complete
my tasks best in a comfortable working environment.

Of course. I think improving and developing myself better day by day is

According to my plan, I have 2 options for the next 5 years. I will become a
teacher in high school in my hometown or I will continue to study for a
master's degree.

I have plans to get a new English certificate next year and after graduation I
will have a bigger goal of getting a master's degree in English language.

I want to continue to develop my expertise further so that I can help

My dream job is to be able to work in a place where I can use my skills and
