Steps:
1-collect data about most common health problems in the phc
2- select one of these problems
3- Plan, prepare to conduct a health education program to raise awareness,
promote, prevent, or help control of the problem.

Examples:
Apply principles of health education to the mothers about the benefits of breastfeeding for her
and for the child
Apply principles of health education to the mothers about the basic principles of weaning
