Subject: Prayer for Approval

Dear Sir/Madam,
May I beseech you to the following facts, that I have enrolled my name to your institution in
Chemical Engineering (UG 1st year) for the academic session 2022-23. But due to some unavoidable
circumstances I could not continue my studies. I take re-admission in Bsc. (Math UG 1st year) to your
institution for academic year 2023-24.

For submitting SVMCM Scholarship application under West-Bengal Govt. A certificate is required (for
upload) from your office mentioning that there is no year gaping in my case.

Considering the above statement I would earnestly request you to provide the same so that I can avail
the scholarship facility smoothly.
