2. Receipt of payment shall be submitted during inspection in case of
Account Transfer
3. The fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any
circumstances.
4. Submission of the application does not confer any automatic right to
NOC. Approval is subject to inspection clearance/recommendation and
Government sanction.
5. The mere issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) shall not, by
itself, confer any right or entitlement upon the institution to implement
the proposed variations or introduction of course(s) or any other
category for which NOC is issued. The institution shall be permitted to
operate the revised intake or course(s) or any change only upon
receipt of specific sanction/ approval orders issued by the Government
of Andhra Pradesh for the corresponding academic year.
6. Submission of false or misleading information by applicant shall attract
rejection of application and debarment from affiliation with SBTET,
Andhra Pradesh for two academic years.
7. For all the cases/ categories aforementioned the applicant has to
submit Original Notarized Affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper
stating that, in case of any legal complications arise from the staff
