It is often argued that remote work is more advantageous for employees
and employers than working from office. I strongly agree that remote work is
better because employees do not have to travel to the office and employers
do not need to rent office space.
One major advantage is that employees do not need to travel to the office.
This means that they save tons of time which can be used either for work or
relaxation. Furthermore, going to office is stressful because one must
prepare themselves unlike working from home. For example, an employee
must think about traffic, dress, food and time when they are travelling to the
office. Thus, working from home is advantageous as it reduces stress.
Second reason is that the employer saves a lot of money because they do
not have to rent the office space. Based on office location, they can save at
least 100,000 dollars every year. This money can be used to compensate
hardworking employees and retain talented employees. In addition, it is
difficult for employers to select office space because it has to be in a central
location accessible to everyone.
In conclusion, employees are less stressful, and employers can save huge
amount of money, if they work from home. Although some argue that going
to the office few days a week helps to grow a bond with colleagues, the
advantages of working from home outweighs the advantage of working from

the school starts at 8 AM, then school traffic will be before that time, so that,
when the office starts at 9 AM, there will be less traffic.
In conclusion, traffic congestion leads people unable to reach their
destination on time, and is expensive as more fuel is wasted. Consequently,
