1. Delete "PTE" folder, "PTE [Link]", "[Link]" &
"[Link]" file from your "PES 2017 installation folder"
2. Delete "[Link]" and all PTE .cpk files from your "PES 2017
installation folder/download" folder.
3. Delete [Link] from "Documents\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save".

- Solution 1: See if you have the "Offline Mode" activated on the PTE [Link]
