Installation Procedure

o Using the approved drawing, mark the position on the wall where the marble to be fixed
o Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and free from debris, grease, oil, or loose particleApply
adhesives
o Check for levelness and plumbness. If necessary, apply a leveling coat of plaster
o Ensure the surface is roughened to provide a good bond for the adhesive
Step 2 o Apply the adhesive evenly to the back of the marble panel using a notched trowel
o Ensure proper coverage and a full bed of adhesive to ensure a strong bond
o Carefully position the marble panel onto the adhesive, ensuring proper alignment with the layout plan
o Use a rubber mallet or other suitable tool to tamp down the marble, ensuring full contact with the
adhesive
o Adjust the position if necessary while the adhesive is still wet
o Clean the surface of the marble with appropriate cleaning products after the grout has cured

Post-Installation Care

Quality Control

 Tile Alignment: Ensure that tiles are straight, properly aligned, and that the grout joints (if any) are consistent.
Step 5  Adhesion Test: After installation, test a few areas for proper adhesion by gently lifting a corner. There should
be no signs of lifting or movement.
 Visual Inspection: Inspect the wall for visible imperfections, gaps, or damage and correct as needed.

Hand-Over

Step 6  Inspection: Conduct a final inspection to confirm the work meets the required standard.
 Cleaning: Clean the area thoroughly, removing any dust, adhesive, or debris from the floor.

 General Care: Regularly sweep or vacuum the wall to remove dust and dirt.

 Spot Cleaning: For stains, clean with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner recommended by the manufacturer.
 Avoid Excessive Moisture: Do not use harmful or hard chemicals, as this can damage the tiles.
