1. The submitted brand TEPCO not in vendor list, but approved as equivalent approved material, as it
Is approved by SEC/National Grid/Aramco/SASO & UL-Certified.
2. Project specification compliance sheet to be submitted with MAR.
3. Submit samples and Material List for all types and sizes of materials proposed for the project.
4. All the material shall be Engraved -TEPCO.
5. On Erath pit cover to be engraved as Earth pit. All the earth pits shall be heavy duty.
6. Submit calculations of earthing system resistance separately for each triangle for transformer or
generator/LC-Rooms and for the complete project.
7. Calculation should confirm resistance less than 5 ohm for the project and each triangle without
connection to the building earthing loop. If resistance didn’t achieve, then to increase the number of
rods.
8. Submit calculations of LPS risk assessment as specified.
9. Submit testing procedure for LPS system, earthing resistance and earth fault loop impedance as per
specs. Diagrams, procedures, illustrations, photos, and coordination with waterproofing. diagrams,

10. Method statement (BSEN-62305) to be submitted for installation of Earthing & LPS systems and should
include detailed diagrams, procedures, illustrations, photos, and coordination with waterproofing.
11. Timely supervision to be done by TEPCO Technical Engineer for ongoing stages of works for E&LP.
12. Field test report shall be developed & submitted either based on soil resistivity values in Geotechnical
soil investigation report or to conduct physical testing at site as per project specification.
13. All the E&LP shop drawings to be stamp by TEPCO.
14. Final Testing of the E&LP system to be done & the test certificates to be provided to handover to
facilities management team.
15. To comply with SECTION 264113-3.4 for LPI third party certification or local equivalent.
