decides to put her Toyota Corolla on Sale. She then proceeds to place her advertisement in the
Zambian Newspaper. Her advert reads:
“Just registered Toyota Corolla for sale at K50 000, call 0966 445566”.
Mr Siame sees the advert and communicates to Mrs Chimpapila that “I will pay you K45 000 for
the Toyota Corolla” and Mr Chimpapila refuses. A few days later Mr Siame proceeds to pay the
initial amount of K50 000.
