Full-Stack Developer (Web Automation +

Monitoring Dashboard)

Project Overview
We are building an internal web platform that continuously monitors official websites, online application
portals, consular/embassy pages, PDFs, and regulatory documents. The system automatically detects
changes and presents them in a clean dashboard with a Before/After comparison.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who is strong in web automation/scraping and
React-based dashboards. This is a long-term project with stable work and clear requirements.

What You Will Build


A monitoring system that includes:

Backend / Automation

• Automated scrapers for websites, subpages, forms, and login-protected portals


• Handling dynamic questionnaires, sessions, cookies, and occasional 2FA steps
• Change detection for HTML, text, PDFs, and social media posts
• Snapshot storage and version diffing
• Scheduler (daily/weekly/monthly checks)
• Notification system (email alerts)
• REST API for the frontend

Frontend / Dashboard

• React/[Link] admin dashboard


• Sidebar navigation (Profiles → Countries → Cities → Policies)
• Table views with status indicators:
o OK
o Changed
o Broken
• Clickable Change Feed that opens a Before/After diff panel
• Verification actions (✔ Verified / ⚠ Needs Review / Not Relevant)
• Filters by Country, City, Label, Status, Change Type
• Elegant, fast UI built with TailwindCSS (or similar)
Required Skills
Automation / Scraping

• Strong experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or Scrapy


• Ability to automate login-based or multi-step portals
• Experience extracting and comparing structured data from PDFs
• Knowledge of dealing with anti-bot systems, rate limits, and proxies

Backend

• [Link] ([Link] or Express) or Python (FastAPI or Django)


• Building APIs for dashboards
• Queue systems (BullMQ, Redis, Celery, etc.)
• PostgreSQL or similar databases

Frontend

• React or [Link]
• TailwindCSS
• Experience building complex tables, modals, and admin dashboards

Other

• Independent, proactive problem-solver


• Experience with long-running jobs and monitoring systems
• Clean, documented code
• Good communication and weekly progress reporting

Nice-to-Have
• OCR (Tesseract, AWS Textract)
• PDF diffing experience
• Previous work building monitoring or alert systems
• Understanding of data versioning and snapshot strategies
