brackets for six kinds of TV programs in a European country in 2012
Overall, feature films and sports remained consistent popularity across all age groups.
Meanwhile news programs and cartoons showed the most sinificant disparity in
viewership from different cohorts in 2012
Regarding feature films, this program captivated the most viewers aged 15-20,
accounting for nearly a quarter of the total, at 23%, whereas the percentages of viewers
in 11-15 and 21-25 age groups opting for it were marginally lower, at 18% and 20%
respectively. In contrast, Sports was the most prevalent among both 11-15 and 21-25
age brackets, occupying 22% and 21% in turn, compared to 18% of those aged 15-20
Concerning the remaining activities, cartoons and news programs demonstrated the
most notable diffferences among viewership from all age bracket. While the appeal of
cartoons diminished with age, dropping sharply from 29% to 4%, the discrepancy was
seen in news program, with its figure increasing from 6% among the youngest to 23%
among the oldest. Similarly, TV dramas also gained popularity with older viewers and
