Writing task 1 ( process)
ĐỀ 1: The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured
The given diagram outlines the steps involved in the production of instant noodles
Overall, manufacturing instant noodles is a linear/mechanical process that consists of 8
distinct stages. The process commence with the preparation of raw materials and ends
with sealing and packaging
Initially, the flour is transported from storage silos by a truck and combined with water
and oil in a mixer. This mixture is throughly blended and then flattened into dough
sheets using a rolling machine. These sheets are subsequently sliced into thin strips,
forming noodles strands, which are then molded into circular discs
The next stage involve cooking the noodles through deep-frying in oil, followed by
drying in order to remove excess moisture. Afterward, the noodles are placed into cups
along with vegetables and spices for flavor. Finally, such cups are sealed and labelled,
making them ready for distribution and sale
ĐỀ 2 : The diagram below shows the leather making process
The given diagram depicts the steps involved in the production of leather
Overall, manufacturing leather is a linear process, that consists of 12 distinct stages. The
process commence with the delivery of animal skin from a farm facility and ends with
waxing to prepare for different uses
The procedure initiates with the collection of animal skins from a farm. Upon arrival at
the processing plant, the skins are segregated into two different groups based on their
sizes before being trimmed to get rid of any excessive material. Subsequently, salt is
applied to ensure preservation/ keep them preserved and the skins then are left to cure
for 30 days
The next stage involves immersing the cured skins in water for 12 to 24 hours,
facilitating the softening of the material. Afterward, the softened skins’s hair is removed
manually using a knife. Following this, the cleaned skins enter a pickling stage, where
salt and acid are combined in a rotating container to prepare them for tanning
Once tanned with chemicals for around 2 days, the skins enter the process of adding
color and oil which can enhance the skins’softness. The treated skins are then dried and
finally waxed by hand, culminating in the production of high-quality leather
ĐỀ 3: The diagram shows how a solar box oven cooks food
The given diagram depicts steps involved in
the process of cooking food using a solar box
oven
Overall, cooking food in a solar box oven is a
linear process that consists of 6 distinct
steps, starting with painting the cardboard
and ending with leaving the food directly
under the sun
At the initial stage of the process, a
cardboard box is painted with black for
absorbing solar energy as much as possible
to heat the food. Subsequently, a pot filled
with vegetables is prepared and put in to
that black cardboard box. At the following
step, the small black box is inserted into a
larger box, the bottom of which is insulated
with newspaper and grass or sawdust
For the remaining stages, the top of the larger box is covered with foil and then a glass
lid is also placed on top, allowing the sun light to enter while trapping the heat. Finally,
the entire setup is left under direct sunlight with a minimum temperature of 82 degrees
Celcius. With the effectiveness of black color, the sunlight is aborbed optimally and
converted into heat, which can cook the food
Đề 3 : the following diagram shows how rainwater is reused for domestic purposes
The given diagram depicts stages involved in the process of recycling rainwater for a
variety of household activities
Overall, the system is a sustainable cycle and consists of several interconnected phases,
commencing with the capture of rainwater and culiminating in returning it into natural
sources or reused
At the beginning of the cycle, the
rainfall is initially captures in a
dam, which acts as a reservoir for
raw water. The collected water is
then transferred into a water
treatment plant, where any
impurities and unwanted
substances are remove to make
water ready for drinking and
other household uses. That
treated water is subsequently
supplied to homes. Additionally,
each house is installed/equipped
with a rainwater tank positioned
nearby to store water that runs
off the roof during rainfall. This
stored water is served an alternative source for domestic consumption.
Onced used, household wastwater is channeled into a wastewater trearment plant in
order to undergo futher purification. Some of treated water is recycled back into the
system for producing drinking water, while the remaining portion is released into
natural water system. Besides, some stormwater from rainfall is directed through
stormwater treatment channels, allowing excess water safelt flow into rivers and
streams
