Confidentiality Statement

The Company confirms the following when receiving information disclosure from Life Analytics
(hereinafter referred to as "your company") in connection with (hereinafter referred to as the
"Project").

１． We will keep the existence and contents of this project, reports and other results of this
project, technical information related to samples, documents, materials, drawings,
products, prototypes, electronic and magnetic recording media, data, etc. disclosed or
provided by your company in the case, and other technical or business information
(hereinafter referred to as "confidential information") that you have learned in connection
with the Project as confidential, and will not disclose or divulf with any third party.
２． We will not use confidential information for any purpose other than this project.
３． We will not photograph, copy, or reproduce confidential information beyond the scope
necessary to carry out this project without your prior consent.
４ ． We will manage the goods or information set forth in the preceding paragraph with high
level of care by locking and storing them, or taking measures to restrict access from
persons other than those in charge, such as setting a password for information.
５ ． We will not allow anyone other than the person in charge of this case to view confidential
information without your prior consent.
６． When this project is completed, we will return all confidential goods and copies of the
confidential matter provided by you to you and erase all information recorded on your
electronic and magnetic recording medium in an irrereparable state.
７． The Company shall have the person in charge of this case and other officers, employees, etc.
of the Company comply with the contents of this confirmation, and the Company shall be
responsible for the actions of those persons.
８． In connection with this matter, we will not disclose to you any confidential information of us
and ensure that you are not obligated to maintain confidentiality.
９． The results of the report and other projects and intellectual property rights related to such
results belong to you, and we confirm that you are free to use, modify, dispose, etc.
１０．In carrying out this project, the Company will comply with laws and regulations related to the
security trade control of Japan and applicable foreign countries, such as the Foreign Exchange
and Foreign Trade Act, and notices related to those laws and regulations regarding the
handling of goods delivered by your company and the technology provided.
１１． The Company will comply with the contents of this Confirmation by the date stated at the
end of this confirmation5year. However, we will comply with paragraph 10 as long as the
subject exists.
