This chart is designed to minimise pain, scar tissue, and nerve risk by rotating injection sites. Never inject the same
exact spot twice in a row. Always use sterile equipment.

1 Monday Left Glute (upper outer) Gluteus medius
2 Tuesday Right Glute (upper outer) Gluteus medius
3 Wednesday Left Thigh (outer middle) Vastus lateralis
4 Thursday Right Thigh (outer middle) Vastus lateralis
5 Friday Ventrogluteal (alternate side weekly) Gluteus medius

Rotation Rules
- Rotate sites weekly to allow 5–7 days recovery per muscle
- Avoid lower inner glute (sciatic nerve)
- Avoid inner thigh and knee area
- Thigh injections may cause more soreness than glutes
- Oil-based injections require slow injection speed
