Natural Daily Routine for Sinus Relief & Postnasal Drip

Morning

- Warm lemon-honey-ACV drink

1 cup warm water + juice of ½ lemon + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Thins mucus, soothes throat, supports immunity.

- Steam inhalation (5-10 minutes)
