5. PLAYERS ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be currently enrolled students of their respective schools.
Students must be regular attendees; irregular students are ineligible.
Documents Required:
Valid school ID cards & Attendance sheets.
Additional Documents:
Most recent payment receipt. (For 2nd phase verification if required).
• If any outsider or other level players are found to be playing for the team, the team
will be disqualified.
• Player must carry all the documents before 1st game.
6. RULES & REGULATIONS
• Team should have at least one set of jersey along with number and appropriate futsal
kit.
JUNIOR BOYS & GIRLS:
• Each league match will have two halves of 6 minutes each, with a 2-minute break in
between.
SENIOR BOYS:
• Each league match will have two halves of 8 minutes each, with a 3-minute break in
between.
All CATEGORIRS:
• From the semi-final onward, each match will have two halves of 10 minutes each, with a
3-minute halftime break.
• All matches will be played in a league-cum-knockout format. In case of a tie, matches
will be decided by a tiebreaker (From Quarter Finals).
• Each team must consist of: 5 players on the field (including 1 goalkeeper), 3
substitutes, for a total of 8 players, 1 team coach and 1 team manager.
• Teams must report to the venue 30 minutes before the game to confirm their
participation. Team who fail to comply with the reporting time will be disqualified.
• Unlimited rolling substitutions are allowed.
• Free kicks, corners, and throws must be played within 4 seconds.
• If the goalkeeper holds the ball for more than 4 seconds, an indirect free kick will be
awarded to the opposing team.
• A player receiving a yellow card will incur a fine of Rs.200. A player receiving a red
card will:
▪ Be immediately sent off from the field.
▪ Be ineligible to play in the next match.
▪ Incur a fine of Rs. 500.
• Team / Players involved in violent activity before, during, or after the match will result in
the team's disqualification.
• The organizer will not be held responsible for any injury, accident or damage caused
to players, items, or teams participating after the competition.
• Players, coaches, and supporters must maintain sportsmanship at all times.
• Protests or disputes must be raised with the organizing committee immediately after the
match.
7. Organizing Committee Decisions
1. All decisions made by referees are valid and final.
2. The committee’s decisions regarding match schedule, results, protests, or disciplinary
actions will be final.
