📞 Multinet Sales Call Script — First Pitch

🔹 Purpose: Introduce Multinet, understand client needs, position our services, and secure a
meeting.

1️⃣ Opening & Permission to Speak

“Assalam o Alaikum / Good [morning/afternoon], this is Zoha calling from Multinet

Pakistan. Is this a good time to speak for a minute?”

(If they say yes → proceed.

If not → “No problem, please let me know a suitable time and I’ll call back.”)

2️⃣ Quick Introduction & Credibility Statement (20 seconds)

“Thank you. I’m part of the Enterprise Business Unit at Multinet.

We provide nationwide fiber connectivity, secure cloud hosting, data center services, and
managed IT/security solutions for enterprise customers across Pakistan.”

“We currently serve major sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, banking, airlines, retail,
logistics, and government organizations.”

3️⃣ Reason for the Call

“The reason for my call is to understand your current connectivity or IT infrastructure

setup and see if Multinet can support you with more reliable, secure, and cost-effective
solutions.”

4️⃣ Quick Needs Assessment (Ask 2–3 questions)

“May I ask what internet or data connectivity you are currently using at your office(s)?”
“Do you face any challenges with uptime, latency, or service support?”
“Are you exploring cloud hosting, co-location, or managed security solutions in the near
future?”

(Take notes and respond accordingly.)

5️⃣ Position Multinet According to Their Need

Based on their answer, you apply one of these:

If they mention connectivity issues:

“Multinet provides Dedicated Internet (CIR), MPLS Layer 3, Layer 2, and SD-WAN with
industry-leading SLAs.
We also offer proactive support with 24/7 NOC monitoring, which significantly reduces
downtime.”

If they mention hosting or email/cloud needs:

“We operate Tier-3 certified data centers in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, along with
locally hosted cloud infrastructure.
Our solutions include virtual machines, backup, disaster recovery, and email hosting—
fully managed and compliant.”

If they mention security concerns:

“We offer Managed Information Security services including Firewall-as-a-Service, AP

management, VPN solutions, and threat monitoring—completely Opex-based to reduce
your upfront cost.”

6️⃣ Introduce Nunomics (Optional Add-On)

“Additionally, we now offer Nunomics—our Analytics-as-a-Service platform—to help

organisations use their operational, finance, and customer data for decision-making.
Many clients use it to reduce churn, improve operational efficiency, and automate
reporting.”

7️⃣ Call to Action — Request for Meeting

“I’d like to schedule a short meeting to understand your requirements in more detail and
suggest the right solution. Would tomorrow or the day after work for you?”

(If they agree → confirm date/time and POC.)

(If they hesitate → offer to send a brief profile first.)

8️⃣ Close Professionally

“Thank you for your time. I’ll send a confirmation email along with our company profile.
If you need anything in the meantime, please feel free to reach out. Have a great day.”
