SCRIPT FOR WHEN COLLECTING IDEAS ONLY

F = FACILITATOR
P = PARTICIPANTS

1. Welcome & Introduction (1–2 min)

F: Hi everyone, thanks for joining today!

P:

F: To start, the purpose of this session is to brainstorm ideas for a fun, family-friendly day trip in Taiwan.

F: By the end of this session, we're hoping to get ? or ? solid ideas we can use for the tour.

2. Ground Rules (1 min)

F: Before we start, here are a few quick rules for brainstorming:

F: First, all ideas are welcome, even the unusual ones.

F: Second, no judging. We’re just collecting ideas now, not deciding.

F: Finally, let’s focus on quantity. The more ideas, the better.

3. Introduce Tool & Topic (1 min)

F: We'll be using a shared Google Spreadsheet to write down our ideas. I've just posted the link in the
chat.

F: The sheet has four sections: destinations, activities, food, and extras. Feel free to type your ideas into
any of them.

F: Let's start with some silent brainstorming so everyone can write freely.

4. Silent Brainstorming (4–5 min)

F: Take about 5 minutes now to type your ideas in the doc. Anything is fine! places to visit, fun activities,
food stops, even souvenirs or quick workshops

F: After that, we’ll come back and share what we’ve got!

(Set a timer if needed and give a 1-minute warning before wrapping up)

5. Sharing & Group Discussion (8–10 min)

F: Alright, let’s come back together and take a look at the ideas!

F: Let’s start with the Destinations section. Who wants to share one of their ideas and say a little about it?

F: Now let’s move to Activities. What are some fun or educational things families could do together?

6. Wrap-Up (2–3 min)
