THE SYNTA
WORKFLOW LIBRARY
15+ Ready-to-Deploy AI Automation Prompts
No coding. No node configuration.
Just describe what you want → deploy.
Built for agency owners, freelancers, and automation builders
What is Synta?
Synta is an AI workflow platform that goes from brainstorm → build → ship. Instead of manually
connecting nodes and debugging JSON, you describe what you want in plain English and Synta
plans, builds, validates, tests, and deploys the workflow for you.
Why it's different:
→ No n8n/Make experience needed
→ No debugging config files
→ No syntax errors or authentication headaches
→ Auto-switches between linear workflows and agentic flows
→ Built-in brainstorm mode so you get context right
How to Use Synta
Three steps. That's it.
Step 1: Describe Your Workflow
Open Synta and type exactly what you want automated. Be specific about triggers, actions, and
where data should go. The prompts in this guide are ready to paste.
Step 2: Review the Plan
Synta will show you the workflow architecture before building. Review the steps, confirm the logic,
and adjust if needed. This is where context matters.
Step 3: Deploy
Hit deploy. Synta builds the nodes, connects the APIs, tests the flow, and ships it. You get a working
automation without touching a single config file.
The Workflow Prompt Library
Copy these prompts directly into Synta. Each one is battle-tested and ready to deploy.
1. Lead Qualification Agent
Use case: Automatically qualify inbound leads and route to sales
Build a lead qualification agent that monitors new form submissions from my
website. When a new lead comes in, analyze their company size, industry, and
stated budget. Score them 1-10 based on fit. If score is 7+, send a Slack
notification to #sales-hot-leads with the lead details and score reasoning. If
score is 4-6, add to nurture sequence in my CRM. If below 4, send a polite
automated response and archive.
2. Content Repurposing Pipeline
Use case: Turn long-form content into social posts automatically
Create a content repurposing workflow. When I upload a YouTube video transcript
or blog post to a specific Google Drive folder, extract the key insights and
generate: 5 Twitter posts (punchy, under 280 chars), 2 LinkedIn posts
(professional tone, 150-200 words each), and 3 newsletter snippets. Store all
outputs in a Google Sheet with columns for platform, content, and status. Send
me a Slack message when complete with link to the sheet.
3. Client Onboarding Automation
Use case: Automate the entire new client setup process
Build a client onboarding workflow that triggers when a new client is added to
my CRM. Automatically: create a new Slack channel named #client-[companyname],
create a Google Drive folder with subfolders for Contracts, Deliverables, and
Communications, send a welcome email with onboarding checklist and calendar
booking link, create a Notion page from my client template, and add a task in
my project management tool for 'Kickoff Call' due in 3 days.
4. Invoice & Follow-up Sequence
Use case: Never chase payments manually again
Create an invoice follow-up automation. Monitor my Stripe/invoicing tool for
unpaid invoices. If invoice is 3 days overdue, send a friendly reminder email.
If 7 days overdue, send a firmer follow-up with payment link. If 14 days
overdue, send Slack notification to me with client details and offer to pause
services. Log all touchpoints in a Google Sheet for tracking.
5. Voice AI Agent (Real Estate)
Use case: Qualify real estate leads 24/7 via phone
Build a voice AI agent that answers inbound calls for a real estate business.
The agent should: greet callers warmly, ask qualifying questions (budget range,
timeline, preferred neighborhoods, pre-approval status), determine if they're a
serious buyer or just browsing, and for qualified leads, offer to book a
showing appointment. Sync all call data and qualifications to my CRM. Send me a
daily summary of calls received, leads qualified, and appointments booked.
6. Email Triage & Auto-Response
Use case: Sort and respond to emails automatically
Create an email triage agent that monitors my inbox. Categorize incoming emails
as: Urgent (client issues, time-sensitive), Sales (potential leads), Admin
(invoices, subscriptions), or Newsletter (can wait). For Urgent emails, send me
a Slack notification immediately. For Sales emails, draft a personalized
response and save as draft for my review. For Admin, label and archive. For
Newsletter, move to a 'Read Later' folder.
7. Social Listening & Engagement
Use case: Never miss a mention or opportunity to engage
Build a social listening workflow that monitors Twitter/X for mentions of my
brand, my name, and competitor names. When someone mentions us positively,
draft a thank-you reply. When someone asks a question about our space, draft a
helpful response that naturally positions our solution. Compile a daily digest
of all mentions with sentiment analysis and send to Slack #marketing.
8. Meeting Notes & Action Items
Use case: Automate post-meeting follow-up
Create a meeting automation that triggers when a new recording appears in my
Zoom/Google Meet. Transcribe the meeting, extract key discussion points,
decisions made, and action items with owners. Create a summary document in
Google Docs. Send the summary plus action items to all participants via email.
Create tasks in my project management tool for each action item assigned to me.
9. Competitor Price & Feature Monitoring
Use case: Stay on top of competitor moves automatically
Build a competitor monitoring agent. Check competitor websites weekly for
pricing changes, new feature announcements, and blog posts. Compare against our
current positioning. Generate a brief report highlighting: what changed,
potential impact on us, and recommended responses. Send the report to Slack
#strategy every Monday morning.
10. Job Application Processor
Use case: Screen and organize job applications
Create a job application workflow. When a new application email comes in,
extract the resume attachment. Analyze the resume for: years of experience,
relevant skills match (against my job description), and education. Score the
candidate 1-10. If 8+, move to 'Interview' folder and send Slack notification.
If 5-7, move to 'Maybe' folder. Below 5, send polite rejection email and
archive. Track all applications in a Google Sheet with scores and status.
11. Proposal Generator
Use case: Generate client proposals in minutes
Build a proposal generation workflow. When I fill out a short form with client
name, project scope, timeline, and budget range, generate a full proposal
document using my template. Include: executive summary, scope of work, timeline
with milestones, pricing breakdown, and terms. Save as PDF in Google Drive and
send me a Slack message with the link ready to send.
12. Customer Feedback Aggregator
Use case: Collect and analyze feedback across channels
Create a feedback aggregation agent. Monitor my support inbox, Twitter
mentions, and review sites (G2, Capterra) for customer feedback. Categorize as:
Bug Report, Feature Request, Praise, or Complaint. For Bug Reports and
Complaints, create tickets in my issue tracker. Weekly, generate a sentiment
report with trends and top requested features. Send to Slack #product.
13. YouTube Research Agent
Use case: Research trending content in your niche
Build a YouTube research workflow. Every day, search YouTube for videos in my
niche posted in the last 24 hours with 10k+ views. Extract: title, hook (first
30 seconds summary), thumbnail style, and engagement metrics. Analyze what
hooks and titles are performing best. Compile into a daily report in Airtable
with recommendations for my own content.
14. Smart Appointment Reminder
Use case: Reduce no-shows with intelligent reminders
Create an appointment reminder system connected to my calendar. 24 hours before
any meeting, send personalized reminder email with: meeting purpose, any prep
materials needed, and easy reschedule link. 1 hour before, send a text/SMS
reminder. If someone reschedules, automatically update my calendar and notify
me. Track no-show rates in a spreadsheet.
15. Lead Data Enrichment
Use case: Enrich leads with company and contact data
Build a lead enrichment workflow. When a new lead is added to my CRM with just
email, automatically find and add: full name, company name, company size,
industry, LinkedIn URL, and company website. Score the lead based on fit with
my ideal customer profile. Update the CRM record and notify me in Slack if it's
a high-value lead.
Tips for Better Results
1. Be Specific About Triggers
Instead of 'when I get an email', say 'when I receive an email in my Gmail inbox from a new sender
with the word invoice in the subject line.'
2. Define Where Data Goes
Always specify the destination: which Slack channel, which Google Sheet, which CRM field. The
more specific you are, the better the workflow.
3. Include Edge Cases
Think about what happens when something goes wrong. 'If the API call fails, retry 3 times then notify
me in Slack' prevents silent failures.
4. Start Simple, Then Expand
Get a basic version working first, then add complexity. It's easier to build on a working foundation
than debug a complex system from scratch.
That's the library. 15 workflows ready to deploy.
No nodes. No debugging. Just describe and ship.
