SEMESTER ADMISSION

PROCESS
Admission Form Applied in Student

1. Scan the QR code and install the


app.
2. Log in using your Register
Number and Date of Birth.

1. Student login to Mobile App


2. Click on the menu “Admission Form: in
home screen

1. If the student's community


information is not updated, a
red warning will appear.
2. If the red warning appears,
please select the community
and click “Update.”
3. After updating, the app will
automatically return to the
login screen.

1. On this screen, you can check


your eligibility to apply for
promotion.
2. If the student has no outstanding
fees and meets the attendance
requirements, the “Apply Now”
button will appear.

Step 1: The student should meet the


Admission Officer in person and obtain
consent.

Step 2: The student should meet the


Library Officer in person and obtain
consent.

Step 3: The student should meet the


Principal in person and get approval.
For Admission Officer
Search a Student
Menu / Office : Semester Admission → Admission officer

Search for the student using the register number, name, or class-wise filter option.
Admission Officer

1. The student has applied — you can view this student's details.
2. If there is any reason to keep the application pending, type the reason and click the “Send
Reason” button. The reason will appear in the student’s mobile app.
3. If there is no reason to keep it pending, forward the application to the Librarian.
4. Student photo is not updated. Click “Open Webcam” to update.
If the student has not applied, this alert will be displayed: “The student has not applied yet.”
Admission Officer

1. Forwarded application to the Librarian.


2. The student app will display the approval along with the date and time.
For Library Officer
Search a Student
Menu / Office : Semester Admission → Library Officer

Search for the student using the register number, name, or class-wise filter option.
Library Officer

1. The student has applied — you can view this student's details.
2. If there is any reason to keep the Library pending, type the reason and click the “Send
Reason” button. The reason will appear in the student’s mobile app.
3. If there is no reason to keep it pending, forward the application to the Principal.
4. Only applications approved by the Admission Officer can be forwarded to the Principal. If the Admission Officer
has not approved, the “Forward to Principal” button will be disabled.
If the student has not applied, this alert will be displayed: “The student has not applied yet.”
Library Officer

1. Forwarded application to the Principal.


2. The student app will display the approval along with the date and time.
For Principal Approved
Search a Student
Menu / Office : Semester Admission → Principal Approval

Search for the student using the register number, name, or class-wise filter option.
Principal Approval

1. The student has applied — view the student’s details.


2. Only applications approved by both the Admission Officer and Library Officer can be approved
& promoted. If not approved by either, the “Approve & Promoted” button will be disabled.
Click “Approve & Promote.”
Step 1: Review student details in the pop-up and click “Save Promotion” to promote the student.
Step 2: Review fee details in the next pop-up and click “Save Fees” to assign fees.
Once the Principal’s Approval is completed, this screen will be displayed.
Principal approval is completed. The student’s fees are visible on the Home Screen.

1. Click the Fees menu to go to the fees page.


2. The semester-wise fee details will be listed. Click on the semester fees to go to the payment page.
3. Review the terms and conditions, then click the Pay Now button to proceed with the payment.
4. Payment completed: Contact office for attendance approval.
5. Payment not successful. Check the Track Payment menu for details on the next page.
Admin:
Step 1: Go to Menu → FEE COLLECTION → Online Fee Collection → Check Student Payment.
Step 2: Enter the student’s register number. The student’s payment details will be displayed. Click the eye icon to track the
payment status.

Student:
Step 1: Click the Track Payment menu. Your payment details will be displayed. If the payment was not successful, click the
Track Status button.

Note: If there is any payment issue, check this page as an Admin or Student to track the status.
For Office Approved
Office Approval

1. Approvals are shown with date and time.


2. If fees are unpaid, the “Approved” button is disabled.
3. Once the student’s payment is completed, a mobile app alert will be displayed: “Please contact the
office for attendance approval.”
4. Click “Approved” to add the student to attendance.
For a 7.5-score student, this screen will be displayed, and the student can be
approved directly without fee payment.
Office Approval

1. Once all processes are completed, this screen will be displayed.


2. The student’s mobile app will show an alert: “You have been promoted to the
next semester. Please Logout and Login again to continue.”
After the student logout and login, they will be promoted to the next semester.
