Please use your assistant tools to plot this figure in Python, then determine the equation of the
plot to find the lowest point (energy).

Note: In this plot, the PES looks different from what we did in the lab because the scan angle
was set from 80° to 150° with 10° steps. If you want, you can rescan your H₂O to obtain a better
PES.
