Thomas: Warm welcome to everybody. I’m happy we are back, and of course a happy
new year to everybody and many blessings so that your own life path will unfold
beautifully and that we as a community also give each other blessing. We will get
to this more, as like a powerful kind of growth factor, like positive affirmations
and acknowledgments and also blessings of light are very powerful tools to
support human growth or growth of life. Many blessings to you for your life.

As Robin summarized for us already beautifully, we already talked about multiple

spiritual principles that are not only principles, that are ways of composition. It’s
like a composer composing reality. Some of the principles we talk about here are
the building blocks that we are made out of or that are flowing through us.

We want to discover that more and more through, of course, learning. But
learning is only the first step we want to embody, learn to feel, open up to,
become aware of, and embody those principles, and see what resonates for me,
what doesn’t resonate for me so much, whatever is the reason. And to stay true
to that, but be open to explore.

Today I want to invite us again to start with a centering practice. And then we
will deepen our content. Today we’ll also do some live process work, at the end
we’ll have again, Q&A section for questions that come up. After the meditation I
will refer it because there were many questions that you wrote in, so we selected
some to respond to. But before we do that, since as you have seen in the chat, we
are global community.

We’re spread out throughout the world in different time zones. For some of
us it’s evening, morning, late in the night, somewhere in between. And so we
want to center ourselves, come into the space, maybe also reconnect to the
blessing of that we already invited or invoked last time from the future, the future
generations, and then deepen our exploration.

Start Meditation

Let’s start again. Mindfulness starts with a screenshot of your inner state. If you
look, turn your awareness inward, and you take a screenshot of exactly the way
you come into this meeting, physically, emotionally, mentally, with everything
going on in your life right now and you just notice how are you doing.

Try to leave it as much exactly as it is. There’s nothing to change. Just take a
snapshot. Unless you notice your inner state and you say yes to your inner state,
you can deepen your inner state.

So that’s how I feel. Yes. And then you can listen to your breath if you want to use
your breath as a guide to dive deeper into your body.

Every time you exhale, maybe you slow down and you prolong your exhalations
a bit. And with your exhalations, let yourself drop into your body sensations and
notice where your body is warm, open, lively, maybe you feel flow sensations,
streaming, pulsing.
[00:05:00]

Notice the parts of your body where you feel at home, where it’s pleasant, it’s
more grounded. It feels like a place to rest. And then you can look, at through your
body sensations and the grounding body sensations, maybe you feel through the
sensations, your ground, the ground beneath you. Sometimes we are too stressed
to feel the ground. That’s also okay.

We respect that stress is an upward movement. Relaxation is a downward

movement. Stay a few more exhalations with the ground or however much you
can ground yourself without creating a pressure.

And again, to notice what’s flowing, what’s moving when you relax into your
body, what’s flowing, moving, streaming. Maybe it’s only in certain areas where
you can sense the movement of life.

The perception is movement, data flowing. A lot of movement is so static, it’s

so normal that we don’t perceive it anymore as movement, but all perception is
moving. And then you can tune in a little bit with your, when you feel into your
emotional experience, what’s emotionally present. Even if in only a subtle way,
maybe there’s stronger emotions, maybe there is an absence of emotions.

Anything you find is good, whatever it is, this is what it is. There’s nothing to
change. And then a moment to notice that which is aware that you feel yourself.
I feel my body, my emotions. I’m aware that I feel my body, my emotions. I notice
awareness. Don’t think about awareness. I notice there’s something aware and I
feel myself, and I notice that.

As you notice more awareness, maybe more inner a space, let’s reconnect again
to the, or open ourselves to what we did last time. We invite the blessing, the
potential of the new next generations, the higher consciousness future, our
developmental potential. We invite it again into our session and we invite that
wisdom to teach us to bring insights.

Our ability to respond to the future influx and the future is not a later point in
time, but our next levels of development and evolution. And with that invocation,
we’ll come back with our awareness to the heart and slowly open your eyes, see
if you can open your eyes in a way to not lose the inner connection to your inner
sensations. And slowly come back to us.

End Meditation

We’ll start with some of the questions that you sent to us. Robin.

[00:15:00]

Answering Questions

Robin: Yeah, thank you Thomas also for that lovely practice. So we have many questions,
and in our pre-conversation, we highlighted four areas to bring to you at this
point. And I’m just going to give you the essence of the questions and not all the
context around it. But just going to wave four different focuses for you to respond
to.

So [Participant] asks about the relationship between humility and self-confidence

where we need a sense of drive and movement. What’s the relationship between
humility and self-confidence? [Participant] talks about or asks you to comment
whether grounding and the potential light are connected. The more of the
potential light, does that give more grounding?

[Participant] asks a question about explaining how our work now in current time
that is focused on repairing and addressing spiritual collective and ancestral
challenges reverberates back into the past. How does that happen? How does it
help to heal our lineages?

And a few other people ask a similar question. And then [Participant] asks
a question, which I’m sure we all visit, I imagine on a different time. She
says, “What can you do if you realize that a regularly dysregulated person is

dysregulating you?” So what does that really mean and how do you work with
that? Four different areas that I pass over to you, Thomas.

Dysregulation

Thomas: Okay, great. So yeah, let’s start with the dysregulation first. So because I think we
often subjectively have the feeling that when somebody is very activated, they
activate us too, which in a way is understandable. But in that thought process or
that belief system, I don’t recognize that the only reason why I feel dysregulated
as well is because the stress or the traumatic activation of a person touches my
own activation.

And of course there are different levels of, circles of, impact, let’s say. We might
experience that at work. But for many people, especially also people that do
work as therapists, we might experience that also with our own family systems
because that’s where our own inner stress is activated the most. So that’s why, in
my practice, it can be every time I get activated, first of all, I’m getting activated.

No matter who is the person and how activated they are. I am getting activated,
and I need a practice to be able to self-regulate sometimes even in conversation
to find a way to ground that stress. But notice that stress has nothing to do with
the other person. The other person triggers that in me. The other person activates
that in me. But the stress is my stress.

And in the moment I own that stress and I let go of the thought that anybody
dysregulates me, there’s already like a ‘ah’. And in the moment I bring that back to
myself. I can say, okay, yes, I see a person is very stressed and that stresses me
too. And my stress is the stress that happens in my nervous system, which gives
me the opportunity to reconnect to my breath, for example, to slow down my
breathing. Even while I’m listening to somebody, I slow down my breathing.

I first of all say yes to my stress because often we try not to get stressed. And I
say, yes, I’m getting stressed. It’s true. And the yes is often in alignment with the
stress. And then I can slow down my breathing, I can feel my body. And when
we do the 3-sync meditation, as I said it last time, the 3-sync meditation is a
meditation to feel my own grounded parts of the body.

So when I practice that over and over again, where is my body open? Where is
my body flowing? Where is my body vibrant or streaming or flowing? I can much
easier reconnect to those parts of my body when I get activated.

[00:20:00]

And as I said, I can do this while I’m in a conversation. I don’t need to go out for
this. Sometimes we have to because it’s too strong. But it’s a process that I can
do anytime. Even regulating my body through my breathing, embracing stress
sensations to learn to notice, oh, I’m activated.

I soften a bit and I let my activation slowly ground itself again, by tapping into
the open parts of my body, my slowed down breath and softening the stress
sensations. So that’s for example, a practice I can do and I can practice. And the
more I do it, the better I’ll get at it.

But it’s important to let go of the idea that my stress is because of the outside. My
stress is because of my past. And when somebody else is dysregulated, it triggers
my past, which is amazing because the more I work on my own stress, the freer
I become in situations. And the more I can activate “I feel you feeling me” in
moments of dysregulation, because my capacity grows to feel you when you are
stressed and not to pull back.

Because when I get stressed, we often pull out of the relationship or we fight.
But the more I practice to regulate my own stress, I can actually stay in a more
centered, spacious, inner space. And that starts to go viral as well. So either
stress goes viral or presence goes viral. So that’s one thing. Then I wanted to
speak a little bit about clarifying this idea or this principle of potential light and
embodied light.

Potential and Embodied Light

We said last time, embodied light is all the reality that already became a world.
Our whole world is crystallized light. So it became matter, it became form. And
the future for every one of us, there’s a future that’s calling us. It’s a vibrant future.
It’s an energetic pulse. And many meditation techniques have been developed
to quieten our inner noise. And how do we quiet our inner noise? We quieten our
inner noise through grounding our stress.

When we ground our stress and we embody ourselves more, our minds become
more quiet naturally. And once our minds become more quiet, we can feel more

and we can feel into the resonance how the future speaks to it. And the future,
as I said last time, is not tomorrow. The future is the higher consciousness, is the
insights, the innovations, the creativity, the update of parts of our life, parts of our
work, parts of our contribution to society.

They’re in a constant update. And where trauma is, trauma is an un-updatable

area. Because it’s frozen, it’s reduced. And integrated life is an updatable area.
Also in society, there are chunks of society that are parts of society or structures
or organizations that are not updatable because there’s a lot of trauma structure
in that part of society. So it keeps reproducing the same social symptoms, for
example, the same organizational symptoms. That’s a non-updatable area.

Because life in itself has an evolutionary movement. Life wants to grow, and we
all feel it. When we are growing, we feel good. When we are developing, we feel
wow, it’s fresh air. When we are creative, it’s fresh air. When we feel agency, it’s
fresh air. And so when we listen to the potential light or when we meditate as last
time, when light flows through our nervous system as sensation of energy flow,
as the visual sensation of light, for some people it’s like a high-pitched sound.

[00:25:00]

Our nervous system becomes like a lightning road. Where trauma sits, the
potential light cannot manifest itself. As I said, it’s an un-updatable area. Where
my nervous system is open, it can grow, it can flow, and it can ground itself.
So these are how parts of my being grow and also how literally grown-up
development, because there’s development up to our state of being a grown-up.
And then there’s grown-up development into wisdom.

That wisdom happens through potential light coming in as insight. That insight
gets more and more manifested through our actions, activities, our growth in the
world. And like this, we manifest more embodied light. So potential light becomes
embodied light and grounds itself. And how it grounds itself? It grounds itself
individually through what I call my personal, my self, my personal self. It grounds
itself through the ancestors. And it leads us to the next question.

The Rebound Effect of Healing

Every healing that goes on in my body has a rebound effect on two of my

ancestral lineage. So when I heal something in myself, and I will speak about
this more, I will deepen that insight into—embodied a change in the energy
flow in my body. And that change in the energy flow ripples back like a domino

effect [Thomas makes ticking noise] into the ancestral stream that is encoded
in my ancestral nervous system. So every personal healing opens a door. And
then when we engage in ancestral healing, when we look at the trauma of our
ancestors, then we get more, even a deeper restorative process. We unleash more
ancestral energy.

So that nourishes us deeper from the ground. It brings more wisdom because
it brings insight. And the trauma of our ancestors also has frozen development
stored. That’s why I often say trauma integration brings always learning that we
didn’t have yet.

My childhood trauma, when it heals, there’s a frozen area, inside there’s

developmental energy that couldn’t express itself. And in the moment it opens
up that the freezing energy is unleashed, the energy it takes to freeze it, the
energy that is stored and the developmental energy of the trauma is actually a
win-win-win.

It’s an additional energy boost for the whole system. So what I couldn’t
develop as a 2-year-old suddenly integrates itself into my mature being. I get
less triggered on that level, because there is no trigger anymore. The trigger
integrated itself into my mature perspective. The energy I needed to hold the
trauma is liberated. I have more vitality, I have more creativity available, and I’m
more related to the world. So it’s a gift for me, it’s a gift for also my ancestors, and
it’s a gift for the world that I live in.

And now, the way is open to allow more light to come in and ground itself
through me. So more, I will feel more of my potential becomes manifest in the
world. And sometimes also, when people feel, “Oh, I feel my potential, but I
cannot ground it,” it’s because parts of our inner experience are frozen. So then
I feel that I carry more, but my life doesn’t really show it. So that means that the
potential is here, I can even feel it, but it can’t fully ground itself.

So we need to open the parts of our embodiment or the parts of our ancestral life
that prevent—It’s like pipe systems that are closed. So when the water comes,
it can’t go through, it creates a pressure. So we need to open those pipes and
let them integrate the trauma, and then it gives way for development. And then
development is being experienced as a flow, versus when development hits at a
stuck pipe, it’s being experienced as a pressure.

[00:30:00]

Session 3

So when light hits a stuck pipe, there’s pressure. I feel there’s pressure in my life to
develop, but I don’t know how. I have a question and an answer. In the moment,
that pipe opens the question and the answer become not two. That question
disappears from my life. I will not ask that question again. That’s why we say in
good therapy, good coaching, good consulting, when our questions evolve, it’s a
good sign for healing. It’s a good sign for development.

Not that we have no questions anymore, but the question keeps evolving. We’re
not asking all the time the same questions. When we ask the same questions,
it means light hits the stagnation, and there too, the future and the stuck past.
When it heals, there’s presence. Presence means the question and the answer
became not two [Thomas intertwines his fingers].

And that’s very important, because that’s also—It grounds itself individually
through individual nervous system, it grounds itself ancestrally. Through the next
session, we’ll look at ancestral trauma. So it grounds itself ancestrally, and the
light grounds itself collectively.

When we as collectives heal bigger collective wounds, there’s another level of

grounding that happens through a collective nervous system. And there, there’s
light stuck with what [Link] called collective unconscious. There’s a stagnation in
the collective, so certain collective processes can’t really evolve. They stay stuck.

So we need, basically, to think grounding, not only as an individual process,

grounding is much more. There are parts of my body that belong to my individual
self. There are parts of my body that encode ancestral information. There are
parts of my body that are connected to the collective. So I’m not separate from
the planet. I am interdependent, interconnected. And the planet is a data system.

So yes, the healing work that we do ripples backwards. And every time
something opens up, it goes ... There’s a freedom in the expression, and there is
a ripple effect, but there’s a deeper grounding. There’s a ripple effect backwards
until it hits the next stagnation, and then the next stagnation will show up more.
We work on that, and we deepen it again, until certain tendencies are cleared.
Some things need one intervention and they dissolve. Some things need multiple
interventions until they’re cleared.

Departments of Spirituality

And one more thing is in the spiritual work, and then we will speak a little bit
about transgressions and the divine law, in the spiritual work, we say it’s very
important—Spirituality, for example, stands for many things, but there are
certain departments. One department of spirituality is ethics, alignment, honesty,
authenticity, living a life that preserves life, that sees life as sacred.

So there’s one big chunk of training and teaching that relates to ethics, and we’ll
talk about this in a moment. There is another one that speaks about awareness,
raising awareness. So mindfulness, for example, the practice that we did before
with our body is raising awareness. We can raise awareness into the higher
realms, we can raise awareness in the way we live in the world. We can raise
awareness of our ancestors, of the multidimensionality, of our being.

Whenever there’s something that I’m not aware of [Thomas covers his face with
one hand], it’s so me that I don’t see it. In the moment, through something, this
might be through another person, circumstances, life experiences, something that
we read, some clicks we have, some insights, suddenly, something that is me
becomes visible. So many people transcend, that’s transcendence, transcend a
certain aspect of themselves. I become more aware.

When I’m more aware, I’m already seeing something that I couldn’t see before. It
becomes an object in my consciousness. And my consciousness grows through
that process, but also, what I can presence grows. But that’s not enough. We
need to take that even further, and then include what we transcended and
integrated into the overall flow.

[00:35:00]

That’s why sometimes people say, “Yeah, it’s difficult for me to be with less
conscious people.” That’s a typical sentence that is a result of transcendence
without inclusion. Because when we do not include and integrate what we
transcend, then we are able to feel it, to see it, but we’re still a bit in opposition to
it. So it creates a tension.

Wisdom is that it goes full circle, and it includes what has been transcended
into love. That’s why awareness sometimes has a sense of, can have a sense
of coldness, because it’s aware, but it’s not yet integrated as wisdom. Wisdom
is generous. Awareness, not necessarily. So in order to develop love that is not

bound to a condition, I need transcendence and the inclusion of the formal level of
development in the higher level of development.

That’s why when we meet the person that lives in a higher state of
consciousness, that is wisdom. We are included. That’s what it means. It’s a
bigger circle that is including. It’s not I look at another person, because the other
person can run a marathon and I can’t. No. Wisdom doesn’t work like this.

Wisdom is the biggest circle of life that includes all the former circles of
development. That’s why sometimes some coaches might say, “Oh, it’s hard to
bring certain principles, for example, into the mainstream or into the business
world.” Which on the one side might be true, but on the other hand, is also often a
reflection of transcendence without inclusion.

That the resistance is not in the outer world, but it’s actually a reflection of what
I didn’t include yet. And that’s why embodied wisdom is transcend and include.
And that’s also true for humility. Humility means—Humility is a sign of wisdom.
It’s transcended, it’s included. That’s why I can be generous. That’s why I don’t
need to have a standpoint. That’s why I don’t need to be right.

That’s why I can include the trigger, but it’s not triggering me because I
transcended and included that part already, so it meets presence, not my
prior trauma. So humility is not a state of less self-confidence. It’s a state of
transcendence and inclusion. And that’s why it’s a state of generosity, warmth,
love. And it can intervene in situations with generosity that is not polarizing.

[00:40:00]

And sometimes when we are aware of something, we kind of try to intervene

or we try to change or we try to teach people about higher consciousness, but
actually, there’s a resistance that comes back, because it’s not yet fully included.
So the process of include and transcend is very important and is also part of the
fact why we can bow down without that it’s coming from pleasing, that’s coming
from a fear or a lack of self-confidence. It has nothing to do with it.

True humility is an act of generosity. It’s a bowing, because we are centered, not
because we are off center. And that’s why I am able to not know and receive a
blessing. Humility is the bowing, it’s also, I don’t know the Divine, I don’t know
higher consciousness, but I’m here to bow down and receive it as a blessing. And
then that blessing becomes wisdom.

And we can also experience that when—And I am sure many of us have those
experiences when we feel that sometimes we are saying things. Many people
that work with people as therapists or coaches notice that when we suddenly
say things that we didn’t plan to say, but they meet the moment. There’s a
precision in it.

It comes like, people say, “It comes. I didn’t think about it, I just said it.” And that
openness is also a part of when integration allows an openness that allows
information to slowly begin to flow through. So suddenly, I have insights or I
have intuitive hits that I know something that I cannot know, that is not part of
my regular rational knowledge, but it meets the moment. And that’s a sign of
openness and more fluidity. That’s a great sign of a spiritual practice.

The Divine Law

And now, today, I want to speak a little bit about the Divine Law, and also
invite us to follow me on something. When we look at our nervous system, and
our nervous system goes back to our own conception, so there’s this one cell,
conception, but this cell goes back to a sperm and an egg. And that goes back to
our parents, and they go back to their conception.

So there is actually an ongoing line of light. There’s an ongoing line of life that
never stopped. When we just look at the DNA, we learn to kind of decode the
DNA, but the DNA in itself is in a live process. So through every conception and
every life and every conception and every life, there is a line. There are many
lines. There’s a big stream of light.

And I want us to take a moment to contemplate that, because often, we might

lose a bit the sense that we are sitting, and not only sitting, we are composed out
of thousands and thousands and thousands of years of unbroken light. Because
the light never stopped fully, even if some of our ancestors passed away, but still,
we are here.

The fact that we are here means there are some streams of light that are
unbroken. So when we look back, there is a long river of lives and lives and lives
and lives. And in the core, there’s a stream of light [Thomas draws his fingers
apart vertically]. There’s a data highway, from conception to conception, to
conception, to conception, to conception.

[00:45:00]

And that we feel that life wants to create, first of all, the continuity of that stream,
because that stream for life is sacred. So life wants to continue that stream, and
life wants to make sure that the data transfer works well from one generation to
the next. So we could say the divine law describes how to pass on information,
data, from one generation to the next with the least interference that can disturb
the process.

A modern way to say that is like a healthy attachment. Even a healthy kind of
development of an embryo in a womb is a way to preserve light and life more
and to create better circumstances to flourish. So on the one hand, the Divine
Light and Law describes the transition between generations, and it also says
that healthier ecosystems are more conducive to flourishing. So how do we live in
respect of human rights? Because the mystical traditions know that every one of
us lives in and as that vertical line of light.

And if anybody interferes with that light—So every one of us has a stream of light
through the central channel, through a central nervous system. And as long as
they are free, that’s what is freedom. This [Thomas draws a vertical line in front
of his face]. When somebody interferes with that stream of somebody else and
hurt somebody, in that moment, these two lives become entangled. Like with the
puppet, with the string puppets, and they get entangled, the string puppet cannot
move anymore properly.

So we are all, in society, respecting human rights, the right to be, to become, to
belong is freedom, but trauma interfering, hurting somebody, immediately copy
pastes the shadow trauma into the transgressor. So both, instead of being free,
are entangled. So transgression or perpetration, transgression is hurting the flow
of light, copy pasting the shadow trauma of it into the transgressor’s line of light
and creating an entanglement.

Big situations, like big karmic situations that are happening or happen in history,
create that kind of entanglement. That’s what we call more collective trauma
or cultural trauma, or also individual trauma. And every time that entanglement
happens, freedom is being lost. So free choice is being lost, and destiny is
implemented. So there’s a part of life that is not free anymore, and healing is
a restoration to restore, and today, we talk about individual trauma, to restore
individual trauma, has multiple effects.

Restoration and Healing

First of all, when somebody heals, maybe healing trauma, we show it’s possible.
So when we see it in somebody else, it has an ecosystemic effect that other
people also see it’s possible. It’s enabling. The person that heals is suddenly less
reactive, more connected, more responsive, more responsible, has more vitality,
more agency, is infusing the relational network with more connected and related
energy. So the relational network is also growing.

[00:50:00]

And then restoration is always, is not a way back to how I was before the trauma.
No. The impact of the trauma, the energy that I need to activate to heal it, the
healing is maturing my being. So I become wiser if I integrate my trauma. So, not
only do I become wiser because my perspective grows, I had a challenge and
adversity, I went through it, I integrated it, and I become a psychoactive particle.
My nervous system, my body becomes psychoactive. It sends out healing into the
ecosystem.

So not only is it enabling, not only do I create healthier ecosystemic impact, I’m
actually becoming psychoactive. And people that have similar trauma histories
actually benefit from my healing in an invisible way by just being together. And
then it opens me to the spiritual dimension, and it allows me more light to come in
and to contribute more.

Every time we restore something, we have—It’s not just for me, it’s actually an
amazing ecosystem win-win. It’s an amazing business case. Sounds strange, but
it’s an amazing impact, an amazing contribution to society, because it upgrades
many parts.

So when we look at transgression, and that’s something maybe everybody can—

Transgression and trauma obviously, so because we often carry both, and the
transgression doesn’t have to be a massive transgression that we committed. It
can be smaller things in our life where we learn through re-owning transgression,
we create freedom.

Dis-owning transgression means entanglement. When I’m not truthful, when I lie
because I feel ashamed, I feel scared, and I lie, I’m transgressing. When I re-own
that and I come clear, maybe it’s uncomfortable because I need to go through the
discomfort that I avoided in the first place, but it’s actually liberating. I re-own,

“Yes, I did that. Yes. Yes. I wasn’t honest, I want to come clear. It’s uncomfortable
for me, I feel ashamed or whatever, and I own it. Yes.”

That takes the act back, helps me to alchemize my own emotions, but it clarifies
the space between us. It allows for more of this vertical connection. It then allows
for more flow, because vertical openness creates ecosystemic health. Vertical
entanglement creates ecosystemic stagnation.

So for all of us, it’s good to look, because sometimes it’s easier to look, “Okay,
where is my trauma?” So that’s important, but it’s also good to look at, “Where
are my transgressions?” As I said, this can be daily things that happen in our
life that are not massive transgressions, but it can also be my participation in
massive transgressions. And next time, we will look at how we also look at our
ancestral transmission and ancestors’ lives on the side of trauma, on the side of
transgressions.

[00:55:00]

But the honesty to come back and really be willing to explore, “How am I
individually, ancestrally, collectively part of transgressions? What’s my individual,
ancestral, and collective trauma that I carry, both? And what are the resources,
individual resources, ancestral resources, collective resources that are available
for me?”

So these three questions are very important questions to look at, to also to take
time to contemplate on. Not because it’s good or bad, because it’s my natural
exploration to grow my deepest humanity. It’s that which enables me to bow
down. It’s that which enables me to become generous. It’s that which enables
me to live a more and more honest life, and in one way, to live a more and more
simple life that can host more and more complexity.

There’s a simplicity in refining ethics, but ethics is another word for the flow of
light, is another word for fluidity and open transparency, openness of the inner
energy channels that create a connection between me, my ancestors, and so on.
So the more flow we experience, the more of the world can land in us. And I think
that’s a very, very important exploration for all of us.

And it’s not just a one-time exploration because as we know, we are constantly
shedding layers. So it seems like, oh, I did something already, but then when I look
deeper and I do it again, I shed another layer that I wasn’t even aware of before.

And then I shed another layer that I wasn’t aware of before. But every time I shed
a layer, I am more connected to everything.

I’m more connected to myself, I’m more connected to you, I’m more connected to
the world. I’m more in the interdependence, not looking at life, I’m in life, I’m in it,
but consciously. And so that when we come back to certain questions again and
again, that’s actually an important process because we are shedding layers and
we are peeling layers so that we can heal more.

Short Reflection & Home Practice

And we will show also today in the live work and we will do some live process
work throughout the sessions here so that we can see this also more practically
happening. But before we go there, now, I would like to just take a moment to just
reflect on the three parts, whether my transgressions that are disowned, where
does my trauma reside or my resources, and as a home practice, to come back to
that and maybe journal a bit about it and contemplate and see what’s—Also, it’s
empowering to say I start to—And I start with things that are doable for me.

I don’t start with the things that I anyway cannot do because it’s too much,
but I start with what’s the doable steps. And I map also more and more of
my resources or the personal resources or the relational resources, ancestral
resources, collective resources, spiritual resources that are all here for me to heal.

[01:00:00]

And as I said before, sometimes the energy, not sometimes, the energy that
we put into finding a way to heal, finding the right support, finding the right
environment, finding the right knowledge, the energy I put into that journey is the
activation of my resources, is the activation of my agency that I can transform my
own suffering, sometimes, of course, with the help of others or often maybe with
the help of others, but there is agency.

And that agency proved to be a very, very important quality. It says yes, I can
do something about my life. My trauma is not just the end station of my destiny.
It can be moved even if it takes time, but I will walk my path. And that’s a very
empowering quality to feel. I have agency to do something about it. And there is
support that comes from life, but I have to invest something. I have to invest my
agency in finding my way. And even if it’s hard, sometimes we do smaller steps,
but we are doing our steps that are doable.

Great. We will let that rest for a moment and also see how part of our journey
is to open up, first of all, our own inner flow more and then to live a lifestyle that
is more and more respectful of other people’s human rights, that we can create
a flourishing world together step by step. And then let’s transition to our live
process work.

Live Process Work

First of all, a warm welcome here. I want to also share with you that I find it
amazing that you bring yourself onto a big stage. There are so many people
listening right now. And before we start, I want to invite everybody who’s
listening. We are doing this also because I believe the best learning about trauma
is witnessing the process live.

We can bring a lot of knowledge obviously, but our nervous systems learn from
live process work a lot. And how that works is that if you’re just witnessing our
interaction now over the next time to, first of all, be present, I feel you feeling me,
like we’re attuned. And the group is an amazing healing environment. So there’s a
lot of energy being produced through so many people witnessing and witnessing
with a positive attention. It creates a hub around us. And that’s amazing.

And your process also will ripple out into the community. And everybody who
knows similar aspects inside has a chance to witness that in themselves. So your
sharing is generous, the listening is generous, and this, we create a healing field.
And so that’s I think an amazing resource for all of us.

So thank you for coming online and sharing yourself with us here. So maybe you
just tell us a little bit what brought you here, what’s your question and what’s
your bit of your background?

Question 1: Finding Inner Strength and Ancestral Connection

Participant 1: Yeah, I think listening to you today, thank you for today, I really resonated when
you said that the part about feeling the potential light there but not fully able
to ground it, that there’s something stopping, something frozen. And I think just
a little bit about my history. I was raised Catholic and at about 12-years-old
decided internally that I was no longer Catholic.

I didn’t share that with my Irish grandma. And it was simply because I just was
told over and over that I was less than as a woman, and so I both internalized it
and pushed against it. And I think that’s a lot of religions, churches, can pass that
same feeling on to women, but also our overarching culture has given me that
messaging of being less than.

[01:05:00]

And I think also, when we speak of our ancestral lineage, I’m Irish on both sides
of my family. Both my dad and my mom’s families we’re both Irish. So I’ve often
felt I travel there quite a bit. And last time I was there, it was about 18 months
ago. I went to the place where my grandmother was from and I hadn’t been there
before, I’d resisted. And being there was very powerful. I felt so ...

Thomas: Let’s feel that a bit. It also touches you when you say it. I went there and I felt so
much. Maybe we just allow so much. To me it feels like it touches you when you
say that. And maybe we let whatever touches you when you say just breathe a
bit because it comes up when you talk about it.

Going back to the place where your grandmother is from brings up a lot of
resonance in you, and we want to honor that there is some kind of energy there
for you that is part of your healing. Yeah. Can you describe what touches you
when you feel that?

Participant 1: I feel both an overwhelming sadness. I feel a lot of fear.

Thomas: Exactly.

Participant 1: But I do also feel a lot of strength. I don’t know how to describe it. It’s like quiet
strength, almost, not internal, but you don’t show it. I don’t really know how to
describe it. It feels almost like the strength you have to keep that hidden. There’s
fear of the strength being seen. I don’t know how to describe that properly.

Thomas: Maybe that’s already the description. You see, I feel strength because when I feel
you, when you talk about it, I feel the power of your roots. I feel your rootedness
that is a strength. And I think when you connect to the place, you also feel like the
power of that. And then you say, but there’s also a hidden dimension. And maybe
that’s something we can turn our awareness towards now is there’s a fear to let
that power come out, you say, or be seen.

But let’s say, when you connect to power, there is fear. And let’s for a moment
just say, when I connect to power, there is fear and we both let that fear be here.
You feel it. I feel it when you say it. And we just open the space and say, yes, I feel
fear and it’s okay. I’m here. I’m here for my fear. And I can also feel the fear. And
then you can feel where in your body you feel the fear, how it shows up.

[01:10:00]

And then you can also check maybe, where am I, when you are scared. What’s
your experience of our relationship? Do you have a sense that I’m here? Do you
have a sense that I’m a bit far?

Participant 1: I have a strong sense just of your presence, of your solidity, of your
groundedness, that’s just opening up similar space.

Thomas: Right. And let’s feel that so that there’s fear in you. At the same time, you have
a sense of our relationship, so you can feel me, and that these two can coexist
in you. So you can feel me and the fear, and there is, right, exactly, there’s
a coexistence of your emotion in relationship. So you have fear and we are
happening at the same time.

Let’s see how that when I invite you to do this, even maybe it’s hard, maybe it’s
easy, whatever it is, just look what happens when you feel that I feel you and you
feel that you fear at the same time. What happens with the fear? What happens
in your body? Does anything change?

Participant 1: It actually did what I didn’t think it would do. It actually increased the fear, but
maybe just gave it more space.

Thomas: Right. Right.

Participant 1: I feel very like my throat is closing in.

Thomas: Yes. And that’s also a part you wanted to look at, like what’s with your voice?
What’s with the voice? Because you said it before, you often heard that you are
less than, that you’re less than. And I think that you’re coming closer to feel what
effect it had on you. And I feel less than.

And then to see if you can, when you feel the fear, if you can soften a bit your
nervous system, make it a little bit softer so that ...Yeah, exactly, that you meet the
fear with a bit more softness, that it’s ... Yeah, very good.

Great. And then we will see if you feel—How do you feel now? Just describe first
what’s happening in your body and emotionally.

Participant 1: The fear is not as strong. I still definitely feel some tightening at my throat. I feel
very grounded. I do feel my mind wanting to understand [inaudible]. And I feel like
myself sort of trying to push my thoughts away with be in the moment.

[01:15:00]

Thomas: Right. Yeah. You said the fear decreased. I also felt there was a moment and some
of it started to get digested more. And then I wanted also to ask you about your
sense of grounding, to come back to a bit of the rootedness that you started with.
I feel some quiet strength or something similar, you said. I feel a sense of strength.
And let’s feel for a moment that there’s something very grounded now and how
that feels. Yeah, right.

Just confirm the, oh yes, I feel my rootedness. There’s a resource in the rootedness
and there’s a resource also in your Irish roots with everything that it comes with,
of course, but there’s still a power from the ground up. Right. Right, right. That’s
good. And to see if you can enjoy that a bit. Yeah, right. This is joyful. There is a
joy in feeling, yeah, I feel like I’m sitting, like I’m rooted. And it’s joyful to be rooted.

Participant 1: It is joyful.

Thomas: Yeah. Right.

Participant 1: And I feel grateful.

Thomas: Let the gratefulness speak. What does it say when you feel grateful? Does it have
a voice?

Participant 1: Feels similarly to when you’ve spoken in other sessions about trauma isn’t in
the way, trauma is the way, and almost gratitude for things that we have to go
through because it does build that strength in there, it does release that greater
knowledge and that greater wisdom. And so I’m feeling gratitude for maybe even
both the struggle and the wisdom that comes from it.

Thomas: Yeah, that’s beautiful. And most probably this is not your first healing session or
this is not your first exploration. And I think it’s also great to feel like that what I
said before that you invested, and I think many others who are listening now too,

we invested some of us already, a lot of energy into walking this path. And that
energy that can walk this path is a strength.

Even if we sometimes go through trauma layers, and we sometimes hit the dead
end and we don’t know how to open the next step, but for everyone who is
already on the path for some time, there is a feeling of, yes, I’m walking. And for
some of us it’s like we cannot imagine how it is—We can’t stop it. It’s a process
that’s going, I’m sure you know that feeling that something is driving you forward.

And to connect a bit. And for everybody else that feels that too, that we all
connect to that energy that keeps us going, that keeps us going deeper and
deeper. There’s a beauty to that. Right. And I think that’s also the part of you that
recognizes the gratefulness and that going through hardship, integrating, it’s
opening up more, integrating. There’s a beauty to that process.

Participant 1: Yeah, there really is. And thank you for that reminder. Sometimes I think when
you’re on the path for a long time, you do bump up against things and you think
ugh, but I’ve done so much!

Thomas: Exactly, exactly.

Participant 1: But you do bring all of that strength and all of the walk with you. Yeah.

[01:20:00]

Thomas: Exactly. And it’s always good to be able—Sometimes when we have these
moments, when we start doubting because we hit another rock on the way, that
we reconnect to that which, yes, and I know about this strength. I feel that I’m
walking already for some time and that accumulates resource that develops a
strength. And I think when sometimes it’s difficult for us to include that resource,
balances something and often shows us maybe just the next step.

It doesn’t show us all of it, most probably, because that’s too much, but it shows
us the next step. And all we need is the next step first of all. And so connecting
the resource that we built already, and I feel you, you did already some work that
can always be the resource to show you the next step.

And I want to presence something else that I think is also for all of us is you said
that at least you and maybe many other people right now that are listening, I’ve
got the message that I’m less than as a woman, and I hear that. And I want us
just to have a moment to see that when you say that, I hear you and I feel that

with you. And that we have a moment of recognition that there is a pain that first
we just need to acknowledge that is there.

And we are just opening a space also as a community, maybe for everybody else
who feels the same. Before we look for how to change it, how to heal it, that we
first say, yes, it’s here. And your voice is being heard and received. And there is a
long history of inequality and power difference in the world and power structures
that are suppressive. And yes, we hear that. And then you can feel when I say
what I say. What’s happening in your body? What’s happening in you?

Participant 1: A few things I’m feeling. I’m actually feeling sadness. I do also feel it being heard.
I do feel that validation. I actually feel the resonance in the group. I feel like it’s
presenced something wider. So there’s also that just not being alone in it.

Thomas: Yeah, I feel that too. I feel there’s a ripple, like we are in a field together. I think
where it’s very important that we honor that there is some kind of pain and
trauma that has been inflicted through that inequality and just having a space
where that can breathe first of all, because sometimes we are too fast jumping
into solutions without feeling.

I think when we give ourselves the space to feel we can grow into a different way
of living spirituality. And so I think what just happened, I also felt like a wave in
the field, that’s very important.

Participant 1: I think that’s something I often do and in healing sessions is I try to short circuit
the feeling almost, almost also for your sake, right? I don’t want you to have to
feel it, which is silly, I know. And I do the same thing. I feel it in the parenting with
my daughter. I’m working very hard to be with her and have her to validate where
she is before I jump in to try to fix it and I do it to myself.

[01:25:00]

Thomas: Exactly, yeah. And that’s the residue of hearing for a long time that something
with you is not okay or is less than, there’s some kind of, I don’t know, guilt and
feeling of oh, I cannot just allow the feeling and to allow me to be with you in
what’s really important for you.

And so I think when that comes, I understand where it comes from and I think
you said something very important because short cutting, like cutting the feelings
shorter is something that many of us do in moments where we touch pain, which
is part of the defense, but we notice that, and we can stay a little bit more,

we don’t need to go all the way, but sometimes to stay a little bit more and be
mindful of it and a little bit more and be mindful of the relation and that helps us
to slowly ... When something is a bit out of balance or bring it back into balance.
And you described this beautifully and I’m sure other people know exactly what
you are saying. How are you feeling now?

Participant 1: I’m feeling very again, just very grounded. I’m feeling very—The sun has just
broken out of the clouds here. I find that interesting and I’m feeling like it was
perfect timing.

Thomas: All right. I feel it also in your face, like there’s some lights coming through your
face more and there’s also something touching in, when you felt this sadness and
you let it be, it becomes depth, something becomes deeper and there’s a beauty
to that. And thank you for also how much you trained already to feel yourself. I
can feel when we are sitting together like, there is a grown competence, also to
connect to what do you feel and to speak from your inner space and recognize
your inner space. That’s beautiful.

Participant 1: Thank you.

Thomas: Do you feel that’s a good point to let it rest for now?

Participant 1: Yeah, I do. I do. Thank you so much.

Reflecting on the Live Process

Thomas: So maybe we take, before we hand it over to you, Robin, maybe take a moment
for all of us to sit for a moment and see what’s the resonance in you, what’s
happening for you when you witness the process, maybe what comes up in you
as you witness this process. Check in what’s happening physically, emotionally,
mentally, relationally.

Well great. Thank you everybody for holding such a beautiful space and also
feeling a sort of collective wave that could open up in the room. Continue with
that next time more and let’s see, maybe if we can open the space for questions
that are in the room.

Robin: Yeah, thank you so much Thomas and [Participant 1] for such a beautiful
embodiment of the relational field. It was such a warm, connected, felt presence
that we could all feel I think. And that of course is part of what supports the healing
and the movement. So thank you so much for that. It was very rich too with us and
thank you [Participant 1] for your generosity and coming forward there.

Thomas: Maybe Robin just one thing, I wanted to just reflect a bit that comes to me now
that we just two things as a reflection of the process. One is that we saw the fear
that came up and we touched the soil and we touched the ancestral field.

There was fear and the fear first became stronger through recognizing it, but
then also bringing it back into a relational context, allowed it to open up but then
also be digested so we could feel an opening movement and then a digestion
movement and then more groundedness started to happen. So we could see
what we said before when we touch a trauma layer and it opens up and then it
grounds itself and naturally there is a sense of more groundedness.

And the second thing was with the pain of the suppression of also the female
spirituality and the feminine power. It first needs a witness and intellectually we
know about it, but that’s not enough. We need to create a field of co-sensing or
co-feeling and an acknowledgement.

And that acknowledgement can open something in our body, it feels like—And
that’s not the end of the solution, but it’s the beginning of a new movement. Like
something can be released, first of all, emotion can breathe again and then a
deepening happens, and then we could feel it also in the collective field. There’s
the resonance in the collective field.

And so when we as a group, all of us around the world, all the space, some of
us resonate more, some of us less, but it’s all okay. We just create this container.
That’s a very powerful process that touches also my collective topic that we just
felt. So just wanted to mention, there were many more things to say, but these I
think are two important aspects.

Written Question: Understanding Personal Trauma

Robin: Yeah. Great. Thank you. Thanks, Thomas. It’s very helpful to have that framing
also. And we are opening now for some other live questions and I think there’s
a little note in the chat as to how you can bring those. And maybe while we’re

waiting for those to come, I want to just bring a written question that came in
during the call. Many written questions of course coming in during the call.

Some of them we will be addressing in the next session because there’s quite
a lot of people writing in about the nature of ancestral healing and the trauma
through the ancestral lines and how we can work with that. But I think that’s
really a topic for our next call session four.

But there is one here that I wanted to bring, actually written anonymously, but
somebody wrote to say: Is it necessary to know when and how a trauma started
to bring it into consciousness, to be able to heal it, to integrate it and free the
channel? Or can it already be healed when I recognize the pressure, the emotions
and accept that it’s there? How much cognitive understanding do I need to have
of the trauma that I feel in order to bring about healing?

Thomas: Yeah, it’s exactly how you said, I mean the one who wrote the question.
Sometimes we do know, but what for sure knows is our body, because we
said that trauma is fragmenting the narrative. So sometimes then either the
intellectual, the cognitive narrative is fragmented. We don’t have all the pieces
together. Sometimes we cannot remember things.

The emotional narrative, there are certain emotions that we have no access to.
The physical narrative, there are parts of our body that we can’t feel. So all of that
is a narrative, all of—Because our body is the living record of humanity’s history.
So we are a narrative. We are in a live process. And so the fact is also that often
we don’t have all the pieces together. That’s how we start. That’s what some of
the traditions collective vessel is broken to start with.

[01:35:00]

And exactly as you said, we start with what we know or what we feel. There’s
tension in the body somewhere. There’s recurrent emotions, there are recurrent
difficulties in an area of my life. All of that is part of the trauma narrative. So we
take what we know and we start with it. And as long as we are precise, that’s
why I often say precision is love.

That’s why the most universal and the most specific are not two. The most
universal expresses itself in a very specific form in all of us. And precision is love.
So the more precise we become without being exclusive of the universal, it’s both,
it’s universal and it’s very specific. It’s not either or. And so when we start with

what we know and we stay precise and we can stay attuned, then we go through
layers of feeling, layers of absence and numbing, layers of feeling.

And it takes us deeper. We can trust that by reading the fragments, we get
deeper into restoring the narrative and the more the narrative gets restored, we
get deeper into the integration of the trauma and eventually insights come with
it. But even if we don’t fully have the intellectual understanding, it doesn’t matter,
because the energy that is stored in the trauma, once it’s released, it doesn’t
create any symptoms anymore.

A symptom is the reverberation of a non-integrated process. So a symptom is

the reverberation of a non-integrated process. So as long as it’s not integrated,
there will be an echo somewhere in our life. And we often look at the echo. We try
to fix the echo, but actually the echo is the reverberation of a process that can’t
integrate itself. And that’s why whatever you start with, and even if sometimes
blankness is what we start with, having no memory at all, being blank, we can
start with that. And if we can presence that, it will take us deeper like a scanner.

Robin: Can I just clarify something then as you speak that, so as we go deeper, we
presence what we have and we go deeper, deeper, deeper. And you said the
narrative will then start to appear or make itself known. Are you also saying then
that the narrative is an essential part of a more complete healing?

Thomas: Yes, the narrative, but not necessarily just the intellectual narrative that I fully
know all about it. That might happen, often it comes that the narrative gets more
complete through the process, but even if it doesn’t get more complete, more
importantly is that the energy gets released that is stored somewhere in the body,
because that’s what creates the symptoms, that creates either health symptoms,
mental health symptoms, relational symptoms, difficulties in parts of our life.

Once that cyclic energy is being released, development can continue. What I
said is that often yes, even the cognitive narrative will find some kind of more
completion, but even if that doesn’t happen, it doesn’t mean that there is no
healing happening in the body.

Robin: Right. Thanks for that clarification. That’s great and very helpful I think for many
of us.

Question 2: Feeling the Pain of the Earth

We’d like to bring on a live caller now. And [Participant 2] we’d like to welcome
you to bring your question to Thomas now.

Participant 2: Hi, thank you so much for having me on.

Thomas: Hey.

Participant 2: Hi. So first, I just wanted to note that I really did feel you feeling the lack of power
of women. And I actually have never felt that from a man before, and it was
very powerful to feel that. So thank you, that meant so much. So my question
is that, I just get so lost in the pain of the world, and so much of it is the natural
world and it’s hard even to go hiking or to go to the ocean because I just feel the
degradation, and the pain of the creatures.

And I feel like I’ve taken it on in a way that I have a mold sickness and I have this
imagination. It’s like this is what the trees in the Sierras feel with the pine beetle
infestation, that they’re occupied by this other species that’s making them sick.
And I feel like I have that in my own body now. And I just get so caught in that.

[01:40:00]

Thomas: So when you say, let’s look at one thing, when you say pain, can you tell me
what’s the physical emotional representation of pain?

Participant 2: The emotional presentation is grief, and loss, and compassion, of the difficulty
of just being able to live as they’re meant to live and as their life force wants
to express themselves and meeting resistance that is caused by humans. So
the physical reverberation of that is heartache, and my throat feels shut. This
particular health condition has a burning in my feet and fatigue.

Thomas: And maybe we ... Because I think it’s always good to come back to when we
talk about our process. Sometimes we call it pain, sometimes we call it difficult,
sometimes we call it hard. For me, it’s always good that we take off the word and
come back to, I hear what you say, I’m grieving when I feel what’s happening in
the natural environment and what’s our impact on nature, that you feel grief and
that you feel sad. And then we can say, okay, I’m grieving. I’m sad.

So when I take off pain, it becomes more specific. It becomes grief, and then I can
relate the grief back into my body. Maybe I feel it in the heart, maybe wherever
I feel it. And so I become more specific about my process. And then I say, okay,
can you stay with grief? Yes. When you feel the grief, you can stay with it. And
then you can look when you are grieving, what’s your relationship to me? When
you feel, do you have a sense of me when you feel grief, or do you feel more in
yourself when you are grieving?

Participant 2: I didn’t feel it before, but when you asked the question, I do feel you.

Thomas: Exactly. So when you feel me, so to get a sense that when you say I’m grieving,
I’m here, and that your grief becomes a shared space versus a space that is more
accumulating itself in you, it’s actually, right, it becomes a shared space. I can feel
your sadness too. And maybe we feel that for a moment, that relationship and
sadness coexist or the sadness exists in relationship. And then you can see when
we do that, what’s the feeling in your body? If there’s any change in your inner
state, when you bring a relationship and you grieve together.

Participant 2: It’s a completely different feeling. It’s there but the sharing of it, the aloneness of
it, is part of what makes it so heavy.

Thomas: Exactly.

Participant 2: And the sharing of it has a hopefulness and a possibility in it and the connection
in it, because it’s that breaking of the connection that is the essence of that grief.
So then having a connection is very restorative.

[01:45:00]

Thomas: Exactly. And let’s feel this for a little bit more because you said something very
important. This was also my feeling. There’s an accumulation of energy in your
field because it doesn’t fully relate. And once it’s related, it gives you more space
to digest the sadness. And then you feel more, and it relieves a part of your inner
world. And this is good because you feel, anyway, a lot for nature, but you don’t
need to suffocate in your own emotions because you share it. And then together
you feel also the togetherness of mutual agency.

We can all work together to do something for nature, and of course you know
this intellectually, but some of us still feel more isolated when we are dealing with
emotions. And now you have a reference—”Oh wow, that’s actually really good”.
And I think there’s a remedy in the shared space of your grief. Doesn’t mean

that you won’t feel grief, but it will be more often shared. And so then it’s not so
burdensome.

Participant 2: Exactly. Yes.

Thomas: Exactly.

Participant 2: Yeah. Thank you.

Thomas: I think that’s great. Thank you for sharing that with us.

Participant 2: I appreciate it so much.

Thomas: Yeah, me too.

Written Question: How Does Divine Law Work for Those Without Children?

Robin: Yeah. Thank you very much, [Participant 1]. And maybe Thomas, there’s a written
question actually from somebody who doesn’t necessarily want to bring it live,
but I think it’s a question that many people have about how the Divine Law works
for people who don’t have children, people who don’t pass on a kind of DNA. And
the way that you are describing the transmission and the life that comes through
conception.

Thomas: Yeah, that’s important to clarify. So, of course the Divine Law is not only for us
when we are parents, I just wanted to describe before that there is a stream of
life that flows through us, and that Divine Law relates partly to the transmission,
how the transmission of light can be more and more, let’s say karma-reduced or
trauma-reduced.

I think in modern attachment theory or attachment trauma work, there is a

modern reiteration of understanding that process, in modern terms or scientific
or psychological terms, that mystical traditions talk about thousands of years.
So there is a stream of light being transmitted, but for every one of us, it doesn’t
matter if you’re parents or not, the higher ethical values are liberation principles.

And so the more we live in alignment with the divine law, which means I’m
practicing that connection that comes from the ground and in a way connects
heaven and earth, my embodiment is the vessel, as a cup, and the light is the

potentiality, the ground itself, this is millions of years old or older, and there’s
always updates coming.

The more this is a flow, and it doesn’t matter if this expresses itself through
parenting or through bringing projects into the world or whatever we do,
serving in our community, it’s we are bringing more of it into the world through
our actions. And when our actions are informed by the Divine Law, the action
contains the Law, which means only in trauma we need an external law that tells
us how to be. Why? Because we don’t feel how to be.

But in integration, the law is in the action itself. That’s what’s called higher
ethical values. So it’s very clear for me not to do certain things because the law is
included in the action. And I feel the light, it gives me a natural orientation or GPS
or value, how to be in the world, how to treat other people, how to be in a social
context or how to be in a global context.

And when I don’t feel the flow of light, I’m asking questions about it, or there are
all kinds of ways of transgression. And that means it’s also mainly about how
we are in the world, how we are showing up in the world and how we are in
alignment. We are naturally a more and more restorative contribution to society.
And so there are many ways how restorative processes can happen in the world.
And one of them is the genetic transmission of life that can become more and
more restorative. But there are many other ways also.
