CHARACTERISTICS OF SATURN
• It is the sixth planet of the solar system counting from the Sun.

• The second in size and mass after Jupiter.

• The only one with a ring system visible from Earth.

• His name comes from the Roman god Saturn.

• It is part of the so-called outer or gaseous planets.


SATURN RINGS
They are a system of 10planetary ringsthat surroundthis planetand they went
observed for the first time in July of1610byGalileo Galileii.

The rings are groupings of millions of particles that orbit around them.
There are a lot of ice rocks and particles of dust that did not reach
join to form a satellite.

It has 61 natural satellites, the most important being Titan.

It is the only satellite in the solar system with a significant atmosphere.

COMPOSITION OF SATURN
• It is a gas ball composed of hydrogen (75%) and helium (25%), for
which could float in the sea.

• It is 95 times bigger than Earth.
