The purpose of this exercise is to help you discover the theme of your relationship patterns.
This exercise helps to develop self-knowledge and draw attention to the
ways to adjust, set healthy boundaries and align with your truth.
Relationship patterns are common threads that intertwine from one relationship to another.

Write the following questions in your notebook.
