⭐ Presentation Script
1. Introduction
Hello everyone.
Today, we will talk about electronic communication, with a focus on email
writing and its formal aspects.
Electronic communication has become essential in modern life because it
allows us to exchange information quickly and efficiently through digital tools.
In this presentation, we will explore how to write a professional email, how to
use CC and BCC, and how to insert an email signature.
2. Problem Statement
To guide our work, we will explore one main question:
👉 How do the formal elements of writing an email—such as copies and
signatures—affect the quality and professionalism of electronic
communication?
3. Definition of Electronic Communication
Electronic communication refers to sending and receiving information
through digital tools, such as:
Emails
Text messages
Social media
Video calls
It helps people connect quickly, easily, and across long distances.
Today, it is essential in both personal and professional life because it
saves time, reduces costs, and improves efficiency.
4. Sent Copies: we have two types (cc) and (bcc)
FIRST : CC
which stands for Carbon Copy.
CC allows you to send a copy of your email to other people, and all
recipients can see who is included.
We use CC mainly to inform people without expecting them to reply or
take action.
Examples of when to use CC:
• Project updates:
CC team members so they stay informed.
• Meeting summaries:
CC people who missed the meeting.
• Announcements or policy changes:
CC everyone who needs to know.
Benefits of CC:
● It increases transparency
● It keeps everyone informed
● It provides documentation for future reference
