DIRECTIVE REGULATING THE DESIGN, USE AND CARRYING


FROM THE ORDINARY CAMPAIGN UNIFORM OF THE MEXICAN NAVY

I. Situation
On September 23, 2015, the General Staff of the Navy, through the then
The Laws and Regulations Commission communicated Directive EMGA 041/15.- DIRCOLERE 001/15.-
001/061–COLERE– 2015, "Directive Regulating the Design, Use, and Wearing of the Uniform"
Ordinario de Campaña de la Armada de México” con el fin de contar con uniformes que permitan

II. Legal Framework


Organic Law of Federal Public Administration, articles 9, 12 and 30, fractions I, XXII and XXVI;
Organic Law of the Mexican Navy, articles 2, sections I and XVI; 4 section II; 7 sections I
VIII, and Internal Regulations of the Navy Secretariat, article 6, sections I and XX.
III. Purpose
Regulate the design, use, and wearing of the ordinary campaign uniform of the Mexican Navy.

IV. Scope
Operational and tactical scope.
A. The Senior Commanders in Chief, Senior Commanders and Subordinate Commanders (Naval Sector)
and their General Staffs or Command Groups;
B. Marine Infantry personnel, and;

use it in accordance with sections A and B of numeral V.
V. Uniforms

1. Design.

VI. Complementary Protective Equipment and Accessories (annex five)

VII. Supplementary Instructions.
A. The current uniforms number SEVEN and EIGHT of the 2016 administration can continue to be used.
