9. DELIVERY TIME:

10. PENALTY CONDITIONS:

In case of unjustified delay by the contractor in the execution of the services subject to the
contract, the entity automatically applies a penalty for late payment for each day of delay,
according to the following formula:

11. BIDDER REQUIREMENTS:

From the supplier

12. PAYMENT TERMS:

PAYMENT METHOD: A single payment will be made upon delivery of 100% of the COMPOST in the
previously indicated locality, prior verification and approval of the resident and supervisor
project. After the formal and complete receipt of the corresponding documentation, according to
the provisions established in Article 171 of the Regulations of the Law on Procurement of
State.

The supplier will deliver the good placed at the project site.

The Municipality must make the payment within ten (10) calendar days following
the conformity of the goods is granted, provided that the established conditions are verified
in the contract for this, under the responsibility of the competent official.

13. CONDITIONS OF RECEIPT AND COMPLIANCE:

The reception of the provision of the good will be carried out by the project resident and the
compliance will be granted by the Deputy Management of Urban – Rural Development and Works, prior to

15. LIABILITY FOR HIDDEN DEFECTS:

The entity's acceptance of the performance does not nullify its right to
to claim later for defects or hidden flaws, in accordance with the provisions of the articles
40 of the Regulation of the State Contracting Law and 173 of its Regulation.
