5mm crochet hook


MR : Magic Ring
Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby st(s) : stitch(es)
sl st : slip stitch
Color: Purple and White ch: Chain
Bead fiber (for filling) A : decrease
V: increase
Stitch markers X: single crochet
SC : Single crochet
Scissors INC: Increase
Wool needle DEC: Decrease
FLO: Front loop only
Small amount of black thread for mouth HDC: Double crochet
18mm plastic safety eyes BO: Bobble stitch
MR : Magic Ring
(n) : stitch count of the row
() : total number of stitches in the round
()* : repeat till the end of round
The finished size : 13 cm

1- Different tension may create different results. This pattern is
created with a medium tighter tension.
2- If you would like to make this toy in another type of yarn, you can,
but pay attention for the yarn and hook sizes.
3- In this pattern work in spiral unless the pattern writes otherwise.

Head, body and tail are one piece (start from the head)

Use Blue yarn:


Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: 6 inc ( 1 inc into each st around) (12)
Row 3: 12 sc (12)
Row 4: (1 sc, 1 inc)*6 (18)
Row 5: 18 sc (18)
Row 6: (2 sc, 1 inc)*6 (24) (white)
Row 7: 24 sc (24)
Row 8: (3 sc, 1 inc) *6 (30)
Row 9: 30 sc (30) (white)
Row 10: (3 sc, 1 dec) *(24)
Row 11: 24 sc (24)
Row 12: (2 sc, 1 dec) (18) (white)
Row 13: (1 sc, 1 dec) (12)
Row 14: 6 dec (6)
Row 15: 6 sc (white)
Row 16: 6 sc (white)
Row 17: 6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Fill the fish with fiber and close it with 6 single needles and turn it and make 2
single crochets in the first single crochet and 1 single crochet next to it.
Turn and leave 1 open crochet and crochet 2 single crochet.
Turn around and leave 1 open crochet and crochet 1 single crochet.
Get down to the middle with slip stitch.
Same thing on the other side of the tail.
Attach the eyes to the 3rd row.

Finish with slip stitch.
Sew in the 8 th row

UPPER FIN
Use White yarn:
Row 1: Make 6 sc in MR (6)
Row 2: 6 inc (1 inc into each st around) (12)
Finish with the slip stitch.
Sew in the 9th row, in the 12th row
