PowerPoint is a software that allows you to create presentations.

These can
composed of pages called slides. There are multiple possibilities when it comes to
creation of a presentation: it can be static and lead to prints
papers, where it can be animated and enriched with sound or video elements.

The features of PowerPoint are numerous. For example, one can include some
Excel spreadsheets. It is also a favored communication resource in
company.

PowerPoint can be used for various reasons: formatting and sharing the
results of a company, or the creation of a poster to announce an event,
etc.

most used in PowerPoint.

Just below the toolbar, a ruler, with the unit in centimeters, indicates the
position of objects relative to the width of the sheet. An identical ruler is placed on the
left edge of the sheet and gives the location of the objects relative to the height of the
sheet.

The blank area is equivalent to the workspace, in this case a sheet of paper, which is used to
place and then modify the desired elements.

Two scroll bars placed on the right and at the bottom of the screen allow you to
move on the slide if it does not appear fully on the computer screen.

On the left side of the screen, the Slide Pane displays the list of slides in the presentation and
allows for quick movement from one to another.

The comments panel, very useful in the case of an oral presentation, allows for
to provide information for a presentation, which may or may not be printed.

to do.

Finally, the white zone defines the format of a slide. It is necessary to have
margins on the left, right, top, and bottom. These are by default of a width and a
height of 2.5 cm.
