INTRODUCTION

In this work, we will demonstrate how to create an interview format for a child with
Attention deficit ADHD is a neurobiological disorder characterized by deficit
of attention, impulsivity or excessive hyperactivity. With the interview format we can
assess the child with this disorder, hence the importance of seeking a professional
qualified to give their diagnosis and know how to treat these children.
