CHAPTER I
General Provisions
Article 1: The purpose of this regulation is to regulate and consolidate the bases of the
student coexistence, understood as civic behavior and respect for life
collective, peaceful, and voluntary in the surroundings of the university precinct, to the duties and
rights of students in their mutual relationship and their interrelation with public spaces

igualdad, equidad, calidad, pertnencia, solidaridad, justcia, paz, responsabilidad y
ethical, academic, and social co-responsibility.

CHAPTER II
Of Duties

CHAPTER III
Of Behaviors

violence through the use of any means of dissemination, disclosure, or publication;
12. Unjustified absence for more than thirty (30) consecutive days.
Paragraph One. The academic worker will have powers of order and prevention during the
development of the academic fact, as long as these do not constitute anticipated sanctions.
Second Paragraph. The academic worker who witnesses, or has well-founded grounds of the
existence or execution of behaviors provided for in this Regulation, must report them to
immediate superior and, when possible, draw up a record indicating the time, manner, place and
evidence of the fact.
Article 10: The type of conduct will be determined, among other things, according to its nature, effects,
modalities, determining circumstances based on the following criteria:
1. The nature of the fault and its effects of scandal, bad example, damages, and harm.
2. The degree of participation in the commission of the offense and the aggravating or mitigating circumstances.

CHAPTER IV
On Sanctions
Article 12: Every sanction must be in absolute proportion to the conduct carried out, and always

Article 13: The student who has committed an offense or behavior described as minor,

Article 14: The student who has engaged in the behavior described as very serious will face the
following consequences:
1. For the case of fact or conduct indicated in numeral 1 of article 8, in the crimes where
a measure of deprivation of liberty has been issued, the teaching process will be suspended
learning, while the procedure lasts and suspension of one (01) to five (05) years;
2. For the case provided in numeral 2 of article 8, the confiscation of the instrument, warning

CHAPTER V

CHAPTER VI
Of the Procedure
Article 19: The disciplinary procedure will be initiated at the request of an interested party, by means of
