Separation
In this first phase of extraction, it is achieved
separate the DMT molecule that contains the
Bark of Mimosa Hostilis Root (approximately 1%)
For this, we will take the following as reference
proportions:
Distilled water
[450ML]
1) Measure 450ML of distilled water in the flask and
slowly add caustic soda, until
complete the 15GR; dissolving the water from
every time we add Caustic Soda
to prevent the water from getting hot.
7 12.8
Note: Handle Caustic Soda with care, it can be irritating to the skin.
The use of gloves is recommended.
Once the Caustic Soda has been dissolved in
the water, add the 50GR of Mimosa, close tightly
the vial and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds.
Note: Shake for 20 or 30 seconds whenever possible, this is to release more quantity.
of DMT. It can be at intervals of 1 to 3 hours.
It is recommended to give a suggested time of a few days.
Solvent
With the bottle sufficiently shaken, we proceed.
to add the solvent that we will use.
Note: This step is essential to achieve the extraction of the maximum amount of DMT possible.
The more this step is repeated, the better.
decantation
Once we have turned the jar enough, we proceed to
Remove the Solvent Layer that remains on top of the mixture.
Water–Soda–Mimosa.
Note: We can add more solvent to the mixture and repeat the step where we rotate the
bottle, with the possibility of bringing more DMT with it.
crystallization
DMT is found in this Solvent Layer, only missing will be
to crystallize by precipitation.
