Answer: There are many reasons for choosing to study in the UK.

1. The United Kingdom boasts some of the world's highest academic standards. The university rankings
are quite excellent. According to The Guardian 2026 ranking, some universities of UK ranked in
satisfactory position.

According to the QS World University Rankings 2026, the UK has 17 of the top 100 universities in
the world. Furthermore, the teaching excellence framework ensures that teaching excellence is
maintained throughout all institutions. This means the quality of education is getting better day by
day.

2. The length of courses is typically shorter in the UK than in other nations. While getting a Bachelor
degree takes topically 4years in other countries, it just takes 3 year in the UK. It will reduce costs
significantly.

3. In the UK, students come from about 150 different countries to study. One of the best places for
overseas students to study is the United Kingdom. The constant flow of students is evidence that the
quality and learning environment are both top-notch.

4. The United Kingdom is known for being a welcoming and friendly country for International
students. Being a renowned cultural center, it will promote extensive cultural learning.

5. The United Kingdom has a reputation for being a welcoming and student-friendly country. It will

So, I can get a quality education in moderate tuition fees in well-ranked universities in the UK.
Considering all these factors, I decided to study in the UK.

welcoming for international students
Why is the UK a better choice? or and less tuition fee.

Are any of them better than the UK in any

way? Or

Why did you look at these countries and not

any others?
Answer: Yes. I have considered Australia and USA along with UK. As all these are English speaking
countries. But for some reason I selected UK as my final destination.

I have considered The Saint Joseph's Universityin USA, where the Bachelor of Marketing offers 55,180
USD and University of Notre Dame Australia inAustraliawhere BA Marketing offers 30,015 AUD,
which is pretty high compared to the UK. My tuition fee in UK is £16000, which is very much reasonable
than other countries and universities.

• The UK can sometimes offer more reasonable options in terms of tuition fees and living costs
compared to the USA and Australia, especially in certain cities. This is a crucial factor for many
international students seeking quality education without incurring massive debt.

• In UK course duration is usually Shorter than other educational providers. Other countries take at
least around 3/4 years for bachelor’s degree while in the UK it takes only 3 year. It will reduce cost
significantly.

• English-speaking countries are generally preferred by international students, but many students
find the UK more culturally familiar and welcoming due to shared historical and cultural ties.
Additionally, the UK’s diverse, multicultural environment might be more attractive to International
student.

• International students may perceive the UK as a safer option, with healthcare provisions under the
National Health Service (NHS) offering a degree of comfort regarding healthcare costs, which can be a
concern in countries like the USA and Australia.

• The UK’s proximity to other European countries also presents international students with
opportunities for travel and business networking within the EU, which may appeal to those looking for
international exposure.

the UK?
● Provide some reasons
Or What advantages does the UK have that
your home country cannot provide?

Or
What are the benefits of studying in the UK
compared to your home country?
Answer: I explored Marketing BA (Hons) courses in Bangladesh at several universities, such as North
South University, Metropolitan University, and Leading University. However, I have decided to pursue
my studies in the UK for the following reasons:

Firstly, the educational standards in Bangladesh are generally not upgrated compared to those in the
United Kingdom. UK universities consistently feature three to four institutions in the top 10 worldwide,
whereas no Bangladeshi universities are ranked under 600. UK universities offer advanced educational
structures, modern curricula, cutting-edge technology, 24/7 library access, and high-quality resources,
which are not as prevalent in Bangladeshi institutions.

Secondly, The UK education system emphasizes practical learning through assignments, seminars, long-
term internships, placements, research, and lab-based work. In contrast, education in Bangladesh is
largely theoretical, with a focus on traditional book-based courses and exams.

Thirdly, The UK is a multicultural society, hosting students from nearly 150 different countries. This
diverse environment offers a unique opportunity to experience a wide range of cultures, traditions, and
values.

Finally, persistent academic interruptions in my home country have shaped my choice. I think
that pursuing my studies in the UK will offer me a more stable, organized, and dedicated setting,
allowing me to reach my academic and professional objectives successfully
