Hello everyone,

I'm Karan Shukla from IIT Jammu, and on behalf of my team, HealthTech J&K, I’d
like to welcome you all to the Idea Pitch program. Today, we’ll be presenting our
solution to the critical healthcare challenges in Jammu and Kashmir.

Our concept is a mobile application called NIROGYAM, which will integrate


essential healthcare services, including doctors, diagnostics, and pharmacies, into a
single accessible platform. NIROGYAM leverages advanced technologies, such as
IoT integration for real-time resource tracking, AI-powered chatbots for faster
appointment scheduling and consultations, multilingual support to ensure
accessibility for diverse communities, and a secure backend with Firebase/MySQL
and robust data encryption.

As for our business model, we project an estimated monthly turnover of 50 lakh to 1


crore in the Jammu district once we establish our platform. We’re initially launching
as a social entrepreneurship venture, prioritizing accessibility over profit, while also
creating new business opportunities for diagnostics centers, pharmacies, and
healthcare providers.

To build awareness, we plan to focus on social media advertising and word-of-


mouth promotion to reach communities effectively and economically. By leveraging
social platforms and community networks, we aim to build trust and connect with
users on a personal level.

As NIROGYAM gains traction, we plan to expand into Ladakh and Kashmir,


collaborating with state agencies like PHCs to scale our model further. We believe
this scalable and feasible solution can transform healthcare access across the region.
