Penetration
Definition:
ò Whenever the ball is won, the entire team should take
quickly an offensive attitude.
ò This is manifested by the player's progression actions that
has the ball (1st Attacker) and by movements in the direction of the
opponent's goal of most players on the team.
Objectivos :
ò Creation of spatial and numerical advantage to allow
conquest of more offensive positions.
ò Attack on the direct opponent and the goal.
Penetration
Behaviors:
ò After recovering the ball, the player should orient themselves towards the goal.
rival.
ò A free opposition and with space in front of it should progress.
quickly towards the opponent's goal and try the shot.
ò In the event of facing opposing opposition, the player
with the ball should try to pass it to the teammate who is
find closer to the opponent's goal (better positioned).
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò Condução da bola ; Condução p/ remate ; Finta ; Remate
Containment
Definition:
ò The players of the team that lost possession of the ball have to
react immediately to the progressive actions developed
by the opponents.
ò The first action to take at the moment of loss of possession
of the ball is the stoppage of offensive processes, which only happens
manages to be effective in the application of the principle of containment.
Objectives:
ò Ball recovery without committing a foul;
ò Stop of the attack or counterattack;
ò Time for defensive organization.
Containment
Behaviors :
The actions developed will be carried out through scheduling.
HxH, considering the following moments:
ò 1st - the defender closest to the opponent with the ball (1st Defense)
should get as close as possible to this last one to
increase your distance from the goal as much as you can.
ò 2nd - near the opponent should reduce the speed of
approach to be able to react to the change of speed of
attacker and/or to be able to make the containment.
Containment
ò 3rd - subsequently and after having controlled the opponent
it should guide you to the side lines or in the direction of a
team colleague.
ò 4th - when the distance between the two is considered minimal
he should try to disarm, if not succeeding he should press
so that he is forced to turn his back to
defender and thus lose the ball or pass it to a
colleague.
Containment
Technical-Tactical Actions to be carried out:
ò Defensive base position (flexion of the lower limbs, to
allow an appropriate reaction to the actions of the opponent
ò Placement of supports diagonally (one support in front of the other and
never parallel)
ò Displacement of supports (should be sliding, in contact
with the ground to be able to react more quickly)
ò Disarm (return to the basic position; wait for the initiative
opponent; attempt the disarm when the opponent loses the
contact with the ball; be decisive and incisive in the tackle
Offensive Coverage
Definition:
ò In addition to the individual technical-tactical actions with the ball,
there are other individual and collective actions carried out by the
players without the ball, with a parallel importance to the first.
ò Thus the actions of support for the ball carrier (principle of
penetration), are determinants for the continuation of
ball possession maintenance.
ò The greater the number of existing supports, the greater will be the
security found in the gaming actions performed.
ò This support is also decisive when the first attacker (makes
progression/penetration) loses the ball, making this player then
(2nd striker - fulfilled the principle of offensive coverage) that
starts to contain.
Alexandre Santos/João P. Costa - ESDRM
Offensive Coverage
Objectives:
ò Support for the teammate with the ball (2nd Striker).
ò 2. The maintenance of defensive balance.
Behaviors:
ò The player in offensive coverage should position himself behind and to the
side of the ball carrier so that there is always a line of
guaranteed pass.
ò In a 2x1 situation, the 2nd striker must perform a
undermining in order to surpass the opponent. If not
overcome the opponent, must be maintained the
offensive coverage on the ball carrier.
Offensive Coverage
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò Pass and Reception
Defensive Coverage
Definition:
ò It is evident the need for support for the player without the ball (1st
Defense - Containment), tries to recover it in direct combat.
ò This defensive coverage is of utmost importance because during
the unfolding of the defensive actions, this player (2nd Defense) in
if your colleague's case (1st Defense - Containment) is surpassed,
you will have to perform your function - containment.
Objectivos :
ò Support the teammate who marks the opponent with the ball.
ò Avoid numerical inferiority.
Defensive Coverage
Behaviors:
ò The player in defensive coverage must be attentive to the
movements of the 2nd striker (in offensive coverage) and
move in accordance with it.
ò It must get closer to the defending player.
but this player approaches the ball carrier.
ò Must act to contain whenever the first
defender (in containment) for outdated. This in turn
will start to perform defensive coverage.
Defensive Coverage
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò Interception(to put a part of the body in the path of the ball,
trying to acquire its possession or diverting its trajectory)
ò Good (immediate occupation of the containment position)
Mobility
Definition:
ò Of all the principles of the game, this is perhaps the richest in
provide a wide variety of gameplay actions when
executed with some imagination. In fact, the great
the versatility of this attack principle can allow for the creation
of unexpected attack situations, given the ability to
initiative attributed, not only to the ball carrier, but also to
this other player who executes mobility.
ò The correct execution of this offensive game principle by
one or more players may benefit significantly
the offensive actions of the team, as they constitute, thus,
as truly dynamic and constantly
unexpected.
Mobility
Objectives:
ò Break and imbalance of the opponent's defensive structure.
ò Offer a more offensive passing line
Behaviors :
Mobility is expressed by a great variability of
behaviors. These behaviors are intended to support the
companion with the ball (as in the case of the player in coverage)
offensive), but above all addressing the following aspects:
ò Variabilityof positions.
ò Occupation of free spaces.
ò Creation of free spaces.
ò Creation of passing lines.
ò Ball possession maintenance
Mobility
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò With the 3rd principle of attack, technical actions arise.
tácticas: desmarcação e cabeceamento.
Alexandre Santos/João P. Costa - ESDRM
Balance
Definition:
ò This principle of defense represents the response to the principle of
mobility used by the attack.
ò Thus, attempts are made to counter all attack actions that aim to
the imbalance of the defensive structure.
ò Although imbalances cannot be avoided, it is duty
from defense to react and trigger defensive processes
suitable for restoring your balance
Objectives:
ò Maintain the stability and balance of the defensive structure.
ò Do not allow the 3rd Attacker to be in highly elevated positions.
advantageous and/or any other attacker.
Balance
Behaviors:
Balance is fundamentally expressed by the following
behaviors:
ò Coverage of spaces and free players.
ò Coverage of eventual pass lines.
Acções Técnico-Tácticas influentes :
With the 3rd principle of defense, technical actions emerge-
tactics:
ò Marking
ò Good
ò Technical-tactical actions to support the actions of the GR
Alexandre Santos/João P. Costa - ESDRM
Space
Definition:
ò The characteristic collective dimension of the game is embodied by
a whole set of actions, sometimes not very obvious, that
can be encompassed under the designation of the principle of
space.
ò Logo, we must never forget the importance of
functions/missions that players away from the ball should
effectuate.
Objectives:
ò Structuringand rationalization of offensive collective actions in
the sense of giving greater scope to the attack, so that there is
more space to play.
ò Be prepared to intervene effectively at the center of the game.
Space
Behaviors :
All individual and collective behaviors that
they pretend to create during the attack:
ò Width (action of the sidelines)
ò Depth (action of forwards or defenders)
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò Game systems (4:4:2; 4:3:3; 4:5:1; 5:3:2; 3:4:3; ...)
ò Offensive play method (organized attack; counter-attack,
etc...)
ò Tactical Schemes (defense/attack transition, ball circulation,
etc..)
Alexandre Santos/João P. Costa - ESDRM
Concentration
Definition:
ò Opposition to the Space verified in the Offensive Process.
ò In
the attack, it is intended that all actions promote greater
width and depth, in defense it is intended that actions
made attempt to concentrate the players (taking advantage of the laws
the game), in order to make it difficult and prevent the search for width and
depth of offensive processes.
Objectivos :
ò Structuring and rationalization of defensive collective actions
in the sense of giving greater breadth to the defense, whether in width,
want in depth.
Concentration
ò The various sectors concentrate as much as possible in order to
minimize the space that opponents have to play.
Behaviors:
ò Concentration of players in the area where the ball is located,
through the balancing of all defenders, both in the
sense of the length as of the width of the field.
ò Placement of the various defensive lines close to each other,
thus allowing for a greater concentration of players. This
concentration hinders the progress of opponents as it creates
a greater defensive pressure.
Concentration
ò Tryingto find a compromise between concentration and
defensive depth and width.
ò To increase the concentration of players, the last line of
defenders must take advantage of the offside. For this, their
players will have to meet online and near the middle
opponent's field.
ò The closer the ball is to the goal, the greater it should be.
being the concentration of defenders in the front zone of the goal,
thus reducing the defensive width.
Concentration
Individual Behaviors:
ò The defender must position himself behind his direct opponent.
and on the side where the ball is located.
Influential Technical-Tactical Actions:
ò Game systems (4:4:2; 4:3:3; 4:5:1; 5:3:1; 3:4:3; ...)
ò Defensive game method (zone defense, man-to-man defense, etc...)
ò TacticalSchemes (systems of folds and compensations,
placement of various defensive lines, pressing defense,
etc..)
