tolerances specified in the engines' Technical Files
and are maintained according to the MAN Diesel
maintenance instructions in order to comply with
given emissions regulations.

In accordance with Chapter I of the Code of Federal


Regulations, Part 94, Subpart C, §94.211 NOTICE
is hereby given that Chapter I of the Code of Fed-
eral Regulations, Part 94, Subpart K, §94.1004
requires that the emissions related maintenance of
the diesel engine shall be performed as specified in
MAN Diesel instructions including, but not limited
to, the instructions to that effect included in the
Technical File.
