1. You have a complaint about the hotel you stayed at while attending a meeting
that was booked by the organiser of a company meeting. Write a letter to the
organiser of the meeting and include
o Details about the meeting
o The problem you faced
o What should be done
2. You are moving home. Write a letter to your neighbours to say goodbye to them
and to thank them for their help during your stay. In your letter
o explain how they helped you
o say what you will miss the most about the area where you lived
o invite them to visit you at your new home.
3. You use the local swimming pool often, and during one of your visits, you have
encountered a problem. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter
