1. Calculate the average, median, minimum, and maximum Salary and Years of
Experience for all employees.
2. Calculate the standard deviation for Salary.
3. Use a pivot table to display the average Salary and Years of Experience by
Department.

6. Observations (Product Sales Data)

1. Total Sales by Product Category(Bar Chart):
The bar chart show that different product categories contribute unequally to total
sales. Some categories have significantly higher total sales, indicating stronger demand
or better performance compared to others.
2. Sales Trend Over Time(Line Chart):
The line chart indicates that sales vary over time. There are noticeable periods of
increase and decrease, which may be due to seasonal demand, promotions, or market
conditions.
3. Sales Distribution by Product Category(Pie Chart):
The pie chart clearly represents the proportion of total sales contributed by each
product category. A few categories dominate overall sales, while oters contribute a
smaller share.
4. Distribution of Quantity Sold(Histogram):
The histogram shows how the quantity sold is distributed across different ranges Most
sales fall within a certain quantity range, while very hight or very low quantities occur
less frequently.
5. Relationship Between Sales and Profit(Scatter Plot):
The scatter plot shows a positive relationship between sales and profit. As sales
increase, profit generally increases as well. The trend line confirms a positive
correlation between sales and profit.
