unsafe place because they cannot move around and use without the presence of
conflicts, this significantly impacts the image of this site which is
viewed negatively.

These problems influence people and their families not to make use
from the main park of the city of Sincelejo, and also shows that the
citizens do not engage in activities that align with the principles with which
these spaces were created for the community

Regarding this, it is necessary for the local and municipal authorities


execute projects and measures necessary to thus reduce the problems
present in the city park, which cause deterioration in the part
physical, social, and cultural.
