1- Copy the MAUD folder to C/

2- You run the file [Link]

3- You save it in the folder in the address in C/ where Maud is.

4- You open MAUD

5- Click on 'File–Load data file' or drag the file to the red letters indicated above. Open the diffractogram (the
.txt or .dat extension)

6- We click on "phases", then on "Load an object from a (CIF) database or file..." and we select the file.

Maud has a small database that may be useful (it's either this one or opening a .cif; not both) in C:\Maud\
[Link]. Choose one from the list (the material you are working with) and click Choose
If you click on the eye, you can see the properties of the .cif you just loaded.

10- Refining with the Hammer: (You can refine several times until sig<2 and RWP (%)<15)

until you observe a good overlap of the graphs
