To,
The Vice-Principal,
Subject: Apology
Respected Madam,
I write this letter with much respect and regret regarding the recent mathematics
exam and the unfortunate events surrounding it. I want to sincerely apologize for
any distress, misunderstanding, or trouble caused — whether by my words,
actions, or the anxiety the situation created.
Because of the stress, confusion, and mental burden of the question-paper issue, I
was unable to focus and study properly. My preparation was severely affected,
and I could not give my best in the exam. I deeply regret that under these
circumstances, my performance may have dropped.
If my exam result reflects this — and especially if I have failed — I humbly
request that you please consider giving me a chance to pass. If needed, I am
ready to take a retest. I hope you will show compassion and fairness, considering
the unusual and stressful conditions under which I appeared for the exam.
At the same time, I apologize from the bottom of my heart for any disrespect or
discomfort I caused to you, our teachers, or the school. I value your guidance, the
discipline of our school, and all efforts taken by you for us. I promise to behave
with respect, sincerity and improved discipline in future
From you — Lesithaaaaammmmaaaaaaaaaaa — I expect the same love, care, and
understanding that you always shown to me, your student. I hope you will treat
me with that compassion now too, and give me a fair chance.
Thank you for reading my letter and for your time. I trust in your kindness and
fairness, and hope you will forgive me and consider my request favourably.
Your student
