Type Of Intellectual Property Rights Violation

1. Copyright Violation
What it protects: Creative works (text, music, videos, images, software, books).
Violation means: Using someone’s copyrighted content without permission.
Example:
– Downloading paid photos from internet and using them without credit.
– Sharing someone’s notes or PDFs illegally.

2. Plagiarism

Example:
