School coexistence is the set of interactions
and relationships that occur between all the actors of the
community (students, teachers, assistants of the
education, executives, parents, mothers and guardians and
supporter), encompassing not only those between
individuals, but also those that occur between the
groups, teams, courses and internal organizations that
they are part of the institution. It also includes the
relationship of the school community with organizations
of the environment in which it is embedded

Education Assistants
Of all the people who work in the school system, a
a little more than a third are education assistants. Given
the characteristics of our system and the functions that
they perform, this group of education workers is
very heterogeneous, as it encompasses officials that
they provide auxiliary to professional services, governed by
different types of employment relationship according to dependency
administrative to which they belong.
The General Education Law recognizes the attendees of
education as members of the educational community and
establishes the following rights and duties:
Education assistants have the right to work in
a tolerant environment of mutual respect and that respect is upheld
their physical and moral integrity, being unable to be subject to treatment
injurious or degrading; to receive respectful treatment from
part of the other members of the school community; to
participate in the collegiate instances of this, and to propose
the initiatives they consider useful for progress of
establishment, under the terms provided by the regulations
internal.

function in an appropriate and responsible manner; comply with the rules
of the establishment where they work, and provide a
